Very unprofessional. Came out to provide a diagnostic when we all of a sudden had no water. Was…read morehere 10 minutes, didn't listen to my questions. I asked if he could check the wires didn't rub and short as this is what happened before and he said no, it was the pump. Then procedded to give an outrageous quote for the repair..said $5000-6000 to replace a pump. I said no and was charged for a $200 service call which I paid. I then called another local company and they came, checked the wiring and sure enough it had been rubbing as said and it was fixed within in half an hour and my repair bill came to less then hirstwoods service call fee! I then called to let him know it was the wire and how upset I was about his service and he didn't even apologise..he was short and couldn't have cared less about taking advantage of a stay at home mother! It's appauling and id never call these guys again!
