The only reason I dealt with this company is because my roadside company arranged a tow with them and shortly after picking up the job, a female called me and she had a crying infant close by during the entire call and did not appear to make any attempt to console the child so that she could conduct business. Additionally throughout the call she had her driver (possibly her husband) on the call. She reached out to me to inform me that 1. They would not have a flatbed truck as requested and 2. They decided to pickup another vehicle 1st and take it to Milledgeville so I would have to wait another 2 hours. The female proceeded to tell me that if I didn't want to wait I would need to call my roadside provider back to cancel. I advised her that she would need to reach out to my roadside provider herself is she was going to cancel my trip since she was the one who was initiating the change. The man that was on the phone kept telling her the entire time to cancel the service and just hang up on me. And she did. She didn't want to call the roadside provider because she didn't want to explain to them why they weren't going to keep the pickup time they agreed to and why they cancelled. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

"Worst toy company ever" Horrific, worst company that I've…read moreever done business with. They should receive zero stars. Called me and immediately went on a rant at 4:30 AM. (early morning). they were repeatedly complaining about not being paid by insurance companies. They were extremely hostile. At that point, I was thinking that they had some mental issues. Clearly, that is not my problem. I am simply the customer. Further. I am not sure why they would be taking business from the insurance companies. I. At the going on, and on about what exactly what's wrong with my vehicle, and me explaining to them that I was not aware of what was wrong with the vehicle in and that's why I was having it towed in for repairs. This appeared to not satisfy them and the call ended abruptly. I called them back immediately to cancel the tow, and told them to not come to my house to pick up my vehicle. I would not release my car to them. obviously, that would be insane. This is the worst tow company that I've ever seen, and I'm being vert serious. I would not ever do business with him, and I was trolling courage you to find another company to tell your vehicle. Both the husband and wife are extremely unprofessional and hostile. They should cease to do business with insurance carriers if they do not want to tow vehicles, I am with a major insurance carrier, not sure if they would fine anything better or more well known. this is hands-down, the worst, most unprofessional towing service that I have ever seen in my life.
