I just got a Dyson vacuum in great condition at a fraction of the cost. Everyone is always welcoming, nice and willing to work on the prices! The manager, Steven, impressed me the other day when a customer thought he was too quick with her and complaining under her breath about him so he told her he was giving her a discount to improve her experience. Also! I have gotten 2 beautiful rings from here that I have never seen anywhere else for great prices! I don't need one but thought everyone should know they actually have PS5s! If you pawn your things here, they will steal them. ive paid on my things every month, sametime every month. they change your due date and say you didn't pay when you were supposed to and then offer to sell you back your items for 3 times what they loaned you on it. I walked in and was greeted properly. My experience was good until it was time to check out. The other sales associate (a guy) was talking crazy to another customer. Then the short lady at the front said a smart remark to me. She wasnt even helping me, she just got into our conversation and ruined the whole sale. I contacted a manager for something to sell. The manager seemed "nice" and said " bring it down well will check it out and quote you a price". Its a little ways down the road but not too far. I found the building, it was run down and a dump. It was bad. I waited in a line, which was very unusual, look like a welfare office or something? Wierd. The staff was ok? Felt a bit unconfortable there, but the broad working the desk said " bring your thing in" She sent a pretty nice worker and he looked at the item and said sure. We bought it in, and the woman flipped out saying "no! no! no! take it out of here! no. The worker helped me bring the item to my truck and I left scratching my head? I wasted fuel to bring something to sell, I told someone what the item was, they said bring it on down, I did and got turned around. What a dump, I will never do business with this place again! Anyone that buys anything from here need to check their stuff when u buy. Because what they have written on their tags is wrong from what they said, the computer says different. I bought a gun and it said it came with two mags. So I was like ok cool. But it didn't and they wouldn't give me another mag because computer said it only came with one. So make sure before you pay. I use this pawn shop all the time if I get in a bind or need some extra cash. However this last time, essential parts of what I pawned, which they wouldn't accept without, were not there when I got it back. I waited half an hour for them to review video to see what happened and conveniently none existed for that day. They did replace what was missing (controller) but it's in bad shape, and did not have any of my charge kits or wiring. Will not be going back. read more

A business that does not acknowledge their own contract should be avoided at all cost. Their contract states any person that presents the pawn ticket and pays the amount due in the proper time, "we must give that person the pledged goods." I followed the instructions in the contract, and the items still won't release to me. Seems they would rather keep the item so they can sell it and make more money. Their customer service line flat out refuses to speak with me, wouldn't even call me back to tell me that. I had to call them to find that out. read more
