I brought my wedding ring in because 2 of the prongs holding the diamond and got hung up on a string and when i jerked back it had slightly bend the prongs holding the diamond. I had noticed they felt sharp. As before I brought to this location because they had also attached my wedding ring and band as well as appraised it for me. Excellent work before so I knew this was the place for all my jewelry needs. The lady up front recommended to get all 4 prongs replaced costing only $8.00 a piece I was like wow great price and recommendation. She also recommended to get it redipped thr white gold had worn down some. I picked up the ring today, yes only had to wait a day. My ring looked brand new. I had to meet the man who completed this work and hug him because I was absolutely amazed!!! They knew I was overwhelmed with the beauty of the work that had been done. Total price for everything $144.00 thats a very good price for the detail of work they had done. Last month I had Richard's design a custom diamond ring for me that cost several thousand dollars, plus I spent $600 with them on a pendant for my girlfriend. This week the battery in my watch died so I took it to Richard's to get it replaced. Betsy said they could do it, but I would have to leave it as it would take 5 hours to change it. Really!? 5 hours? I have had the battery replaced several times before and it has never taken more than 20 minutes. She said if I can drop it off by 10 am, they will have it ready by 3pm. I just spent several thousand dollars the month before, and this is how you treat me? If you don't want my business, just tell me. Don't lie to me saying it will take 5 hours to replace a watch battery. I took my watch elsewhere and had the battery changed and it took 15 minutes. It is obvious Richard's didn't want to mess with it as there was not a big profit in selling a watch battery. Even though I spent thousands of dollars the month before.
