The provision is that I researched prices and availability of my purchases ahead of time, with one exception, and bargained for a lower price than marked. My learning experience came with a gas powered trimmer I bought for $69 at another location, only to see the latest model of that same trimmer in Home Depot weeks later for the same price. I might have been able to talk them down $10-$20 had I been prepared. This time I came looking for a powered mower and saw a late model Toro Personal Pace for $169. I know these sell at Home Depot for $369, I checked the comparable and still asked for a lower price. The salesman was very helpful and professional and offered $165 "out the door" I.e. Including tax. I was very happy with the deal and snatched it. I took the mower home and found it needed a minor cable adjustment but was otherwise like new. Cash America keeps a clean and well organized store. My experience with their employees has been positive. And nothing I've bought there has turned out to be junk. Pawn shops have a sleezy rep, but I would say that Cash America, because of its chain size and professionalism, provides a useful and dependable service offering used products at low prices.

They took advantage of a young girl right in front of me. They sold her a tv and wanted her to buy their "protection plan. She declined and asked about the remote. Guy went to the back of the store and brought out a remote. After her purchase she left and the guy turns and says, " I guess she should have bought the protection because she's not getting anything from that tv." (As he laughs at his on joke.) After I heard that, after them already being rude I left without purchasing anything. Now jump ahead 2 days. I'm at the hospital and run into this young lady. She actually works there. We start talking and come to find out the tv did not work and when she took it up there to return, they denied her return and blamed her for the tv not working. That's some super shady shit but since she can't do anything about it and she's out 200.00, I thought more people should know how these people do business. Deplorable behavior.
