( i think that was her name) my husband pawned his firearm there and because of his schedule had to keep extending it until he was able to pick it up! When coming in with my husband we brought a few more items to sell and with that were able to buy an Nintendo switch with a game and case. I have been using All-Star Pawn for a few years now. I own a consulting business and from time to have need cash to make payroll. Went in last week just to look, and they had a soprano sax, virtually brand new for sale. Mike was very friendly and offered to work with me if I wanted to purchase it. I decided not to at the time, and Mike was really nice and didn't try to push the sale down my throat. I told him I would be back. I went back last Sat and Mike was busy so I spoke with another sales staff member and she asks me what I wanted. I told her I was interested in the sax. I mentioned I had spoke to Mike about it. So she asks me what kind of deal did he offer me? Well, I was honest and said "no deal", just the purchase price. So she asks me "what amount were you thinking?". Honestly I was thinking about just buying it but then I said, "400" (orig price was 449). So she says, "4 out the door?" I said "yep". She replies, "deal". The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they were limited on inventory, but that may be because everything is priced so cheap that they can't keep anything in stock because they sell it as soon as they get it. Out of every pawn shop I've ever been to, I have never encountered a place that actually cares about your business, as well as going out of their way to ensure I don't lose my item. I was in search of a small loan one day, I had called at least 10 shops in search of a small loan on a $1200 item. Every other shop turned me down, except for All Star Pawn. They went out of their way, and took a chance on me, and have now gained a lifelong customer, I will also be referring everyone I know to check them out, and bring them business. They operate a very clean, and organized store. The employees are extremely respectful, and helpful. This is one of the cleanest and friendliest pawn shop I have ever been to. The owner and the owners son are very nice and knowledgeable. The staff are really nice and friendly. They treat you with respect and will give you good deals on stuff you are pawning. They don't try to nickel and dime you. They will also extend your pawn if needed and take debit cards. The lady that helped me today was really nice and funny. I really appreciate you guys helping me out in a bind. I will definitely tell my friends about how great you are.
