Then, I left work early to be there since I knew I worked for the next couple days, they inform me upon arriving that they could not find my paperwork and that their boss or GM was not answering or calling back. ART the assistant manager then tells me of I dont miss work to come back AGAIN and sign their lost paperwork, then they will be forced to send me a letter from the ATF penalizing me for not doing what they asked. RIDICULOUS. I have to suffer and be in expense for THEIR mistake.

Last summer I needed funds so I took all my PS4 games to them. They were nice as always and, in making polite conversation the guy causally mentions how he likes this game, and that and he was going to get this one but was going to wait. He states oh there to many for one ticket so I'm going to put it on two and I agreed thinking it ment a continuation of the first ticket and not an all together separate one. We finished up and I left happily. Two months later my wife calls in to make the first payment, she used my id for them to look up the account and made the payment thinking all was good... We finally got it out a couple days ago after seven months since the first payment to notice more then half my games are not here I figured this must be a mistake we payed every month on time and they were all together... I called to see what happened and he said he'd have the manager call me back the next day.. it didn't happen so I called again. He said the fist payment was missed back in July and we lost them at this time.. I have the payment history on my card and they used my id to look it up so how is it possible that the payment was missed ?? I didn't even know that I would have to make two separate payments and they used my id which should mean they should have seen both pawns if it was separate... But somehow that's not the case... The kicker is they were all they games the guy was commenting on about wanting or they were the newest and most expensive games at that.. at the end of the day "there's nothing they can do" they have basically "legally" stole From me. I will never be going here again and I suggest no one else should either.
