The honey brought a smooth, natural sweetness that complemented the espresso without overpowering it. It was refreshing, balanced, and incredibly easy to drink. Simple ingredients, done really well. I also had their El Salvador on drip, and it was exactly what I'm looking for in a light roast. Bright, lively, and full of fruity and floral notes without veering into sour territory. Clean finish, expressive aromatics, and beautifully brewed. Between the quality of the coffee and the clarity of flavor in both drinks, Hatchet clearly knows what they're doing.
