I am a bit concerned about their prices, they charge $49 for the fluoride treatment, every other dentist I've been to across the three states I've received care in has charged $19. When I brought up this huge discrepancy, other dentist in the area and asked why there was a difference. They were unable to fluoride treatments cost more here. When I asked about booking my next cleaning, I was told they didn't have availability until way later in the year and that I would need to call back to get an appointment so I could use my two free cleanings per year. The staff was great, my main concern is price gouging especially when the services are the same.

The office is beautiful! Very up to date and cozy. When I was brought back, I happily sat down in the chair, because it has massagers built into it! The equipment they used on me was state of the art, and definitely not what I had experienced at my old dental office. Every member of their staff is friendly and greets you with kindness. I really could not recommend Byce & Worman more! P.S. Dr. Pawelski is where it's at.

Dr Andersen and crew have always been friendly and professional. They provide wonderful care. At 68 years old, I've been to a number of dentists over the years. Dr Andersen and staff are the best! I'd like to add that yesterday an old crown that had been placed by a prior dentist fractured and chipped off. I called Artisan Dental last evening to see if I could get in today. I got a return call at 7:15 this morning, was in their chair at 9 AM, and was done with a new crown at 11:15 AM. Thank you so much Rochelle, Dr Rehermann, and Cassie for such speedy, kind, and professional service. I have no idea how people could have had negative experiences. After going at least twice a year for 8 years, I've always been treated exceptionally well. It's true the office is like a very hip spa, and the equipment is state of the art, but the most important part is the people that work there. They're incredible.

However, if they late cancel your appointment they aren't accommodating for a re-schedule. As a professional myself if I have to late cancel someone due to unforeseen circumstances I make sure to go above and beyond to accommodate a re-schedule that is convenient for the person because I value the time they set aside. I guess I should always remember that not everyone has that same level of professionalism.

I was traumatized by several dentists and orthodontists not listening to me, not taking my pain into account, even later on as an adult. Dr Boucher and her assistants reconciled me with going to the dentist, and I am no longer scared. Not only do they explain everything, answer any and all questions I have, show me the X-rays and teach me to read them... They also have consistently been the most thorough and the most comprehensive dentists I have even been to. They truly treat your teeth and your oral health as an important part of your body health, not a separate one. Dr Boucher asked a series of questions regarding my sleep, my medications, and my work, that I was never asked before. Turns out, it was playing a role in a problem I have, and we're now able to fix it. The clinic is small but not stuffy or congested, and very comfortable. There are bright colors, plants, plenty of sunlight, and nature sounds playing very low in the background. If you have anxiety about medical and/or dentist care, this helps a great deal. If you don't, it'll still be very pleasant. Everything is extremely clean but still comfortable, and I always feel safe going there. Last but not least, the administrative workers are also friendly, never rushing me, yet efficient. Long story short: if you are scared of going the dentist, come to Dr Boucher for friendly yet rigorous, and empathetic care. If you aren't scared of the dentist, come to Dr Boucher anyway, for comprehensive and efficient care.

Dr. Kaveh and the entire team are incredibly personable--we've trusted them through some of our biggest life milestones, from whitening our teeth for our wedding to receiving prenatal dental care and now navigating parenthood. At my most recent cleaning, I had to bring our two-month-old daughter with me. She was extremely fussy, and I was feeling overwhelmed. Trish, Dr. Kaveh's wife and an amazing hygienist, stepped in without hesitation--holding and feeding our baby a bottle so I could make it through my appointment. Her kindness made my mom guilt melt away and helped me feel so cared for. We're so grateful for the compassionate, family-oriented care we've always received. But Dr. Kaveh blew my mind today. I was in a bike accident a few days ago and smashed up my face pretty badly (in the hospital for a couple of days). He and his team saw me as soon as I got out, and they were so much gentler than the dentist at the hospital as they inspected and did X-rays. They also set me up with an oral surgeon. THEN Dr. Kaveh met me at the oral surgeon's office to make sure everything went smoothly, and I'm so glad he did because although the surgeon did a good job, he didn't know me and wasn't as good at answering my questions as Dr. Kaveh was. ALSO Dr. Kaveh then met me back at home and helped me get my retainer in, which I was scared to do and it did hurt going in but it has made my mouth feel so much better since. Every office visit has been smooth, friendly, efficient, clean, high tech, and helpful but this was seriously beyond 5 stars. Cannot recommend enough!!!

I was greeted by the friendliest receptionist (Amanda) and a clean and warm waiting room. I guess I went at a busier time than the reviewer above because there was quite a flow of people in and out, at surprisingly an early hour - 8:00 AM. Then, my hygienist (Afi) was not only professional but outgoing and super sweet! She was thorough about checking my teeth and sharing what she was doing as she was poking around my gums! Dr. Lee and her assistant were just as friendly but more importantly quick to assess my teeth! And when I told her about my concerns of potential cavities- she assured me that the X-rays indicated healthy teeth and just to be careful about my grinding. (Yup, need to remember to wear my mouthguard at night!) Overall, I definitely would go back and recommend others to Midwest Dental and to see Dr. Lee and her staff. They don't waste money on a fancy waiting room, but their X-ray equipment at every chair is top of the line and way more comfortable / less invasive than my old fancy dentist. They have smart TVs at every chair so you can watch literally anything while they work on your teeth. I never felt any pain while I got a ton of cavities filled, a tooth extraction, and a dental bridge. Despite being a high volume clinic, they are EXTREMELY accommodating, nonjudgmental, and friendly as ever even when they are swamped. They remember who I am even after several months in between appointments. I am 24 and the dental hygienist holds my hand during the numbing process because they are just really, really caring despite being so busy. I have been seeing Dr. Nik Choudhary and I highly recommend him! He's fast and doesn't make a lot of small talk, but my dental work looks great, and most importantly it was all completely painless. The dental hygienist (her name starts with a C I think?) is always an angel. I can't applaud Bright Dental enough for creating such an inclusive and helpful atmosphere for EVERYONE who needs a healthy mouth. I spent years and years avoiding the dentist but no more! As a fellow healthcare worker, I can tell their priority is to genuinely help as many people as they can, and I have never felt like profit is their goal. They have worked with me financially and they are known for taking same-day walk-ins, dental emergencies, and patients with no insurance. THEY ALSO TAKE BADGERCARE and are open on Saturdays :)

At my first appointment, I came in specifically for a root canal consultation, but the staff seemed unaware of that and instead performed a full exam. I then waited nearly two hours before being seen, only to have a very brief (about 5-minute) interaction where I was told they would need prior authorization. About a week later, I was informed the root canal was approved. However, when I returned on May 1, 2026, I was told that while the root canal was approved, the crown was not--and they weren't even sure the dentist would proceed without a crown plan in place. I was then told the crown would cost $900 out of pocket. As someone with Medicare and Medicaid, that simply wasn't feasible. Eventually, the dentist agreed to proceed, but there was still no clear plan for a crown, which caused me significant anxiety. When I asked about alternatives, I was told they could remove the existing filling, drill out the infection underneath, and place a new filling. I agreed to that option. From there, the experience only worsened. I waited another 30 minutes while the dentist appeared to be juggling multiple patients at once. When it came time for numbing, I specifically asked for topical numbing gel beforehand. Although a technician briefly applied it, the dentist immediately began injecting Novocaine without allowing it time to take effect. The injections were extremely painful, and I received multiple shots. The procedure itself was also very uncomfortable, but I felt I had no choice but to endure it to get through the appointment. To make matters worse, I was scheduled for a follow-up appointment, but when I later called to confirm, I was told I wasn't even in their system. Overall, this experience felt disorganized, rushed, and unnecessarily painful. I will not be returning.
