I can honestly say for the first time in my life, I actually feel like my hair is pretty. The salon: Super, super classy. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. Also for those with sensitive respiratory systems, it did not really smell like most salons do. Aaaaand, they have me AMAZING coffee! :D The cut: I didn't really have a clear idea of what I wanted, and I did a terrible job of explaining, but she worked magic and was super happy to take suggestions and I NEVER felt like she was taking over. My balayage was really brassy and I had a few grey stragglers on top of my head I needed to have covered up. When I walked in, the pictures online don't even do the salon justice. It is so beautiful inside, I loved the ambiance, the staff was very friendly and the free coffee didn't hurt either. Jessica was very warm and friendly, offered some suggestions on the look I was trying to accomplish and the end result was simply amazing. I've had pretty bad color experiences before, but I will definitely be sticking with Jessica as long as I can! She even massaged my head/scalp and gave me under eye gel pads to help soothe my puffy under eye area...it felt like a mini spa get away.
