1/24/19 Update: I ended up having all the shellac come off every toe but my big toes on both feet…read more(also had a bit of extra cuticle that should have been trimmed on a few toes that I removed myself) but Mandy was able to use a regular polish and redid my toes and they are holding up fine now. We discussed it may have been too moist of a nail to hold the shellac (I did have it done only once before with gel nails in Daly City and though that job was done really shotty, it also chipped in days so perhaps it was a combo of my moist nails and the shellac in general). It also could have been because I'm running more my nails are taking a beating. Either way I was able to walk away with dry nails that were the exact same color as the shellac so it was fine. No refund for the shellac application (it's an extra $10) was offered which was a bit of a let down from a customer service standpoint, but nevertheless I left with my toes actually done and I didn't have to worry about trying to remove the shellac myself (it was suggested but I opted to have her remove it from my big toe and just do regular paint). I would return to this location in the future because I'd love to try some of their other services. I'd skip the shellac upgrade and I would maybe just do another paraffin wax treatment instead for the price. 4 solid stars.

As a stay at home mom, it can be too difficult to find a spot of time for myself to go to the hairdresser. I didn't give Michelle much in the way of direction, more just 'something fun!'. She is super nice, has very friendly and soft cats, and definitely knows her stuff! She colored and styled my hair, and I love it! She gave it an ombre style, so the top is different from the ends, and I love it. Very happy, and she is definitely reasonably priced!! I have had good and bad experiences with hair dressers before, and this was one of those 'restores your faith' in hairdressers experiences!
