I called company and They sent the same man back out and he should not be representing a well known company. He was rude very rude! I will never use them again. My invoice did not reflect the job done. I am waiting on someone to call me back and tell why it says he did work on my washing machine. Then I was told if I had the work completed I would be charge a fee for coming to look at it. Well I was charged any and now they want to try and credit it back after questioned my bill. From time of service request to a technician arriving was quick. The Technician (Brandon) arrived…read moreand I pointed out the kitchen sink was clogged. He knew exactly what to do. He went to his van and retrieved his equipment and went right to work. Using his rooter he cleaned the clogged drain and the standing water went down the drain (wosh). Brandon was very professional, friendly and congenial. His work was very neat and cleaned up after he was finished. Brandon provided me with some helpful suggestions to mitigate this type of issue in the future. If I could give 10 stars to him I certainly would. Great job Brandon. Kudos to Brandon.
