Update: Still no word from this company on the severe damage their faulty work caused my home. They have my money and I have more damage and repair costs than before I hired them. In addition to the leaks inside my walls caused by poorly connected fixtures that damaged the drywall and adjacent cabinetry, the plumber crushed and disconnected the vent to my dryer, installed the pipes outside of the walls, and in general created several obstacles for my drywall installer that simply shouldn't have been there. They also installed the emergency shut off valve immediately outside the front entrance to my house causing a trip hazard as well as an eyesore. You might get lucky with this company, but no if you have any problems with the job they do this company does not stand behind their work. You will have to pay to clean up their mess on your own dime. In my opinion, it's not worth the risk, go with literally any other company! .... After a leak detection service and the recommended repiping of our unit to resolve a slab leak, Premiere Plumbing and Leak Detection left us with new, more severe water damage than we had before. They came out and fixed their mistakes but did nothing about the damage it caused. After calling the office multiple times and finally threatening legal action the owner's son came out and promised to send a water damage repair company out. That was 2 weeks ago and mold continues to grow in my wall. I still haven't heard from the company and quite frankly I'm tired of having to call them to make them do what they promised. read more

I received my service 9/16/21 and it has been a little over a month since then. The same issue is happening (leaking bathtub faucet) and the guy replaced something inside and said it should be good to go. About a month later it started leaking again with the same issue, and after looking at the receipt I realize the numbers are not adding up to the number he said. Total material is $115 and labor was $180. Total came out to $395 and with the credit card fee of 3% came out to $406.85. $115 + $180 = $295 and even with tax if there is a fee, it should not be $100 more than $295. Also after my mom called the company, they told her they would stop by my apartment today and that they would call me but I have not received any call at all today and it is 8:05pm. Unless they fix the overcharge from last service and fix the leak that I wanted fixed originally, I would unfortunately not recommend. Update: we called and it's a $600 cost to fix the issue that should have been fixed last month and that's WITH the $100 discount from overcharging. Kinda Shady I had a friend who had a horrible experience w them, so when I had an issue, she warned me off of them. No worries! I'd had the same plumber for years. I called MY plumber, the phone is answered with THAT plumber's name and I leave a message. Get a call back, guys show up for my job, and...... their shirts say Premiere on them. So do the trucks! I took a chance a the work was fine. But they failed to put in escutcheons and it looked like crap. This is the second time that I've called Premier during the last 5-6 years. I have been very pleased with their quick response, the guidance & suggestions from the supervisors. They have fixed several little issues in addition to my main concern. Originally, I called about my "Back-flow valve" or "whatever" for my sprinkler system which has never been serviced in 11 years. While they were here they checked up on a leaky toilet tank, got my Refrigerator H2O & ice-maker functioning again, increased the water flow in a bathroom sink, looked at my tankless gas hot water heater about my concerns & replaced parts for the "Back-flow valve" regarding my sprinkler system AND cleaned the sand out from around the GRU H2O meter!!!. Had them install a shower pan liner and they were pretty expensive. The work was not done correctly and I called the next day and was told someone would be there later in the day to fix it. I have to pour the mortar in the morning so that would be great. 6:07 pm no one ever showed up. I texted the supervisor and he said he could not get him out there and would be there the next day midmorning... Would have been nice to get a call I could have been doing other things than waiting for a no show. Now I'll have to push my pour back a whole day. Last time I'm using them... Update: Turns out the contractor I hire to do the pour couldn't do it because the install from Premier Plumbing was done so badly it had to be torn out and redone. The bathrooms in two duplexes flooded at 9pm on a Friday evening. Premier Plumbing in Gainesville, Fl. was contacted and at 10 pm Brandon said they would be here in 30-45 minutes. Two hours later I'm calling them back and no answer. The voicemail is full and you can't leave a message. I sat up waiting for them to call and callEd them again till 4 am. I finally layer down and get called at 8:15 by Brandon wanting to know if anyone showed up last night. In an excuse he said he was pulled off of our job to go to another job and some unknown person that he wouldn't name was supposed to come to us. I called Premier Plumbing on Tuesday (4pm) and left a message that I needed plumbing help with my toilet, never received a return call. Called back on Wednesday morning (10:30am) and then again at 2pm on Wednesday before i recieved a phone call back, I explained that I didn't need an emergency call as I had already waited over 2 days for a return call. They said it would be between 3:30-6:30pm before someone would be here (again I said I didn't want to pay for an after hours overtime service call), he said he understood. The men showed up about 5:30pm and were very nice, fixed my problem but then charged me $250/hour an overtime rate for the repair, I asked about the rate and he said because it was after hours he charged the overtime rate? Spoke with the office manager on Thurs morning and explained my concerns with the charge, he said if indeed I'd called before 5 pm there should not be an overtime rate charged. The office manager just called back and I was told that that's rate they decided I should pay, this is not acceptable business practice but it is how Premier is operating. Unfortunately I have a leak in my home. So I did some light googling and called this company. Phone was picked up very quickly and after explaining my situation the rep told me I would have a plumber at my home between 12-2 pm. Now it was about 10 am when I called so I thought wow this is some amazing service. All was going great. I will also add I cut off the water to my home so as to not make any damage worse so I was in no particular rush. I also did not ask for a 12-2 time that's what they gave me. Well 1 pm rolls around no plumber. 2 pm rolls around no plumber and no call to check in with me. So I called them just to get an update and make sure I was still on their schedule. Same rep answers the phone as this morning he apologizes says they are super busy and my home is the very next call. Well the plumbers finally show up at 4:30 pm ! Now this is something that really angers me because I spent my day off just sitting around waiting on them. Had they just told me from the beginning that they couldn't make it to my home until 4:30 I would have been fine. But instead they made a promise to me and were way off the mark. They over promised and under delivered. This all boils down to bad communication which is a shame because when the plumbers showed up the 2 guys were actually really professional and very nice. We were having some spurting coming out of our faucets after the water runs a while. I had looked up a plumbing company we used in the past but my search landed me on Premier Plumbing. I called and asked if they were affiliated with the other company and they quickly told me no but they had a 5 star google rating and that was probably how my search landed me on their company. I explained the problem and told them we were on a well but did not think that was the problem. At no point did the person setting up the appointment tell me they did not work on wells and pumps. He told me it would be $125.00 for the call and they could be at my home between 9 and 11 the next day. I accepted the appointment. At 9:30, I called to hopefully get a better estimate of the time of arrival. I was then told the technician would arrive some time before 12. I advised that I had been told it would be between 9 and 11 and they person advised he had written down noon. I told him I would have gone in to work had I known it would be closer to noon. Corey and Micah arrived at my house around 11:40. They were polite and professional. They went out to the well pump area for about 30 minutes. Then Corey came back in and said the problem was more than likely something to do with the stick (the piece that connects the pump in the ground with the up top unit). He had to call someone at another company to get that information. He was very nice. I asked if I had to pay the whole service charge since they could not fix what was wrong and I had not been told they did not work on wells and pumps. He politely stepped outside and called the office. When he returned he said it would be $100.00. What???? For the technician to come out and call another company and tell me what "might be wrong." This was poor customer service. The person answering the phone should have said they do not work on wells and pumps. Not to mention I missed a whole day of work as I had to have another company out in the afternoon after I had waited all morning for Premier. I told Corey I would be providing an unfavorable review and to have the owner call me if he wanted to discuss. I understand it costs money to run a business. However, don't take a job without providing the customer with the information about your limitations. I will not recommend Premier to any of my friends and family. Purchased my house a year ago and Premier replumbed the water lines for the prior owner before closing. They must have known that the person paying wasn't going to actually use the system, because we find over and over that the quality of the job was abysmal. In no particular order: - Random pex pipes & trash left all over the place. Had to clean out a pile of crap before closing. - Didn't insulate lines running through the attic. Maybe thought no one would look? A frozen line could have easily burst in the winter. - Exposed pex lines poking through the walls in some random areas. In the pantry, for example. - Didn't run a hot water line to sink in the master bath. Got two cold water lines instead. Had to have another plumber come to fix. - Didn't remove the old plumbing taps for the washing machine. I now have the useless original taps sitting in the wall and what should be a new recess plate just screwed to the wall with the new taps. Shoddy. - Used to have four external hose attachments, now have two within 12 feet of one another. No hose fittings in the entire back yard. Well, the old fittings are still there, just unusable because they were never plumbed. - None of the old under-sink valves were removed, so most sinks have four valves underneath. Two of which are just the old useless valves. There's probably more, but the point is that the quality of this job was terrible and I'll avoid them like the plague. read more

The only reason I gave them one star was because I could not give them negative stars, which I would have given -5 if I could. These are some of the most dishonest people I have run into in a long time. Just for reference, my house is a high-end mobile home that was placed two-years-ago with a brand-new septic system. I was having trouble flushing the toilet's so I called this company. The total time at my house for this service call was approximately 20 minutes. When I call this company, they told me that the inspection of the system was free. Upon arrival, the first thing the technician did was to look at the vent pipes coming out of the house, which are on the roof, while he stood on the ground, and told me that they were inadequate and needed to be replaced. The technician then told me that this would involve cutting through the ceilings in both bathrooms to change them. When I asked the technician what plan two was because that was not going to happen, he went to the area where the septic system was and stood there a minute or so. Then he proceeded to tell me, looking across the lawn, that he could tell that the drain field needed replacing (Remember, this is JUST a two-year-old system with one person living in the house.) After telling me that the drain-field needed replacing he went to his van and got his septic system camera. This is where my real beef with this company comes in. I was NEVER told that there was a charge to get the camera out of the van. I was never asked if I wanted him to inspect the system with a camera. After running the camera down the cleanout drain-pipe, which he did for approximately 3 minutes, he stated that the entire septic system was likely installed incorrectly and would have to be replaced! (What were all those county inspections we paid for, and passed, during the installation process for?) I told him that I just wanted to start with pumping out the tank and asked how much that would cost. He said he didn't know and would have to call his office. Upon hanging up from his office he told me that it would be $550.00 to pump the tank. When I said I would have to let them know, I was handed a bill for $250.00. I asked what the $250.00 bill was for, he said that is what is costs to use the camera. I told him that I would have never approved the expense if I had known that there was an expense involved, let alone a $250.00 expense for 3 minute use of the camera. I called the office after the technician left and asked if the $250.00 was applied to the cost of pumping out the tank. I was told, no, that pumping out the tank was a separate service. As one can imagine, I was super upset, and said that I would get the word out about how dishonest this company is. A few minutes later, Johnny, who said that he was the manager, called me and said he would give me a $100.00 break on pumping out the tank. He groveled for a few minutes, and said he hoped I would call them again sometime. He never offered to either reduce the fee for the camera or refund my money completely as, had I known about the expense, would have never approved the expense. Needless to say, I will not be calling them EVER again. Marion Pumper came out, pumped the tank, cleaned the filter, which was clogged causing the problem, and the entire bill was $275.00. As soon as he opened the tank, he said "...your system is running normally, and the problem is the filter." No, you do not need to replace your entire system and destroy parts of you house to fix it problem. The two guys that came out were knowledgeable, polite, and HONEST. WORST COMPANY EVER! We had them come out for a leak detection and they said they located the leak, and marked the spot. Our plumbers came out the next day, and the leak was not where they said it was, or anywhere near it in fact. They dug several holes in our floor looking. We reached out to Premier and they never got back to us. After calling and calling I finally reached Brandon and asked for a refund. He said he wouldn't give us back one cent. He said they only offer a 50/50 chance of finding the leak!! Well, they sure didn't say that up front! And what nonsense. Why hire someone that says they have a 50% chance of failing??!! They also didn't mention the hidden credit card fee they added. He tried telling me that no leak detection company will guarantee they will find the leak so I called the 2 best leak detection companies(Slueth and American) and they laughed at that. They said they would never charge if they can't find it and one guarantees they will come within 18" So he's full of it. I wish I had used the other companies and paid attention to the bad reviews on this company, but they couldn't get out fast enough. Just beware! The gentleman who answered the phone was professional and courteous, explaining that there were six service calls ahead of mine but they'd perhaps be able to visit the same day. Hours later I received a call from the technician saying that I'm up next. A text message followed with an estimated time of arrival. The service technician (Corey C.) was fantastic. He was courteous, professional, and very helpful. He identified the problem (a clogged filter in the dish washer), fixed it and explained everything. We used this company for a slab leak in 2017, and they did a great job. However, recent experience with this company was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We recently had another slab leak, and they sent a crew to repair the leak (a crew who they later admitted was not the crew who typically repairs leaks). The plumber (Ed) told us the repair was complete and the water meter had stopped. I should have checked before letting them leave. Later that day, we checked the meter and it was still moving indicating a leak was still present. I called one of the managers who said he would come out on Friday of that week. He never showed up or returned calls. We tried for 4 weeks to reach them without success. The leak that was incompletely repaired worsened and we began to hear water leaking again and the meter picking up speed. We finally reached the company owner's son (Brandon). We explained the situation to him and he refused to take responsibility for the poor workmanship on the initial job and told us that we could pay $1200 for them to come out to fix the problem that they did not completely repair on the first job! I have used them for five jobs now, hoping it was just a bad technician one day or so. It all boils down to the service you need done; simple things are done well such as unclogging a sink drain. However, we had a leaking faucet in the bathtub and it was apparent that they either cut corners or didn't know what they were doing. The faucet works but the hot water/cold water is backwards and is protruding awkwardly. It's a shame that they could not find us in their system because of not one, but THREE instances of incorrect filing errors. Very unprofessional. When I spoke to the owner requesting a technician to come back to fix the mediocre job he simply said that they didn't do it cause they can't find the invoice. Not only that but he promised to call me back on the issue and never did. He sounded annoyed. The technicians are nice and respectful, and they clean the area after working. However, it is a toss up whether you will get a person who knows what they're doing. Just really annoyed that their team is unable to find past jobs done because of simple mistakes on their end. There is an excruciating lack of attention to detail and it kills me considering the prices I had to pay. I do not think I'll be using them again. read more

We had a similar leak a few months before, so we assumed the charge would be in the same ballpark. We called about moving our water heater and they left a huge mess behind- with a portion of the exterior wall damaged and discolored due to sloppy work. They left metal pieces hanging off the wall and the concrete wall patch material dried all over the vent pipe and wall- it looks horrible. After taking two full days to get the job done initially (they didn't charge us for all the hours thank goodness) and despite numerous calls and attempts to get them to come back to remedy the problem, we have been unsuccessful at getting them to come back, return our calls, or repair the damage. read more

As a result of a high GRU water bill, I was requested by them to have home checked for a leak. I proceeded to call different plumbers and also read the write-ups in regards to them. Premier was rated low. Thus I stayed away from them. I also called friends and persons who knew them and I received information that I should stay away from them completely as they do shoddy work. I ended with a person from B&H plumbers by the name of Bob who said he would send a person from B&H who was a leak detector and would locate the leak. Well, imagine my surprise when the person came (and after he had checked for the leak), I discover he is from Priemer. This person who goes by the name of Sam in pride and arrogance informed me he was the best at finding leaks and that he had been doing so for 20 years. He found no leak inside my home. He proceeded to tell me the problem was with the pipe that ran from the road to the house and that he would charge me $1,800.00 to dig a hole and repair the leak in the pipe. He stated the length would be 50 feet. It was less than 30. He stated with 2 men digging, it would take a whole day to complete. Really now??? I was not about to hire Premier to do anything else in my house so I proceeded to locate a plumber who would dig the trench and check for a leak. This was done and I was charged $30.00 for the labor. No leak was found in the pipe but Sam from Priemer had assured me that was where the leak was. I didn't think so. GRU was called and they in turn replaced all the equipment that belonged to them. The leak remained thus I was still with a leak in my house which Sam from Priemer had assured me there was no leak inside the house which he stated was a good thing. Sam from Priemer was called and informed the leak had to be somewhere in the house or its foundation. This Sam had continuously maintained was not the case. However, I received a call the following day from Sam informing me he was 30 minutes away and was coming to my house and he was going to find my leak. No notification had been given me, no conversation had taken place in regards to this with me. I was merely told he was coming. This was infuriating. He should have found the leak the first time instead he continued to maintain his stance the leak was in the pipe from the road to the house. It isn't. At this point I called B&H (Bob) because that is the person who was responsible for the issue. I was dealing with him not Priemer. I requested the refund of my money so that I could hire A REAL leak detector and get the problem with the leak resolved. Bob didn't agree. I am left with much money paid out and problem not resolved because of irresponsibilites of B&H and especially Priemer. If I had listen to Sam from Priemer, I would be out even more as that is what he is about (ripping people off). Charging over $1,000.00 to dig a simple hole is ridiculous. Way high and he isn't any good at his job. Many persons have now stated this to me. B&H is just as bad so people beware of Priemer and B& H. For your well being and pocket book stay away from Priemer and B&H because they are combined with Priemer. read more

Not pleased..... Had drain field replaced by Premier Plumbing and ended up paying more than originally quoted. Also, I was left with a huge mess in my yard. I called the owner and he was suppose to come take a look at the end result and have dirt brought in......never happened! My 75 year old Mom called Labor Day weekend to see when it was convenient for them to come out. She specifically told them it was not an emergency, only needed the garbage disposal disconnected & didn't want to pay extra for holiday service. They insisted they had someone who could come out Labor Day, & didn't tell her they would charge extra for coming that day. Bubba showed up, hung around outside on the phone for 20 minutes, drove to Home Depot (2 minutes away) to buy a $5 sink basket. He was gone an hour. I should have trusted my instincts when he answered the phone "Hi, this is Bob" without stating the company name - that sums up the level of professionalism you'll be dealing with. But I thought, they're plumbers, what do you expect? Here's how it spiraled down from there: I had a clogged line where the water runs out of the washer into the ground. The first guy came out and thought he had fixed it, charged me $85. After he left I ran a load and it was backing up again. I called him and he said he would come back the next day to look at it again but never did. I called the next week and Bob said he would send his best guy the next morning. When I asked him what time he said first thing around 8 am. The plumber called me at 5 pm (at work) and said he was on his way there - again, this is the kind of professionalism you'll be dealing with. The next day he showed up in the morning and tried to snake it out again, to no avail. At that point the plumber told me it would be $500-$600 to bust through the concrete and redo the piping there, which I was skeptical about but if it has to be done it has to be done. So... I checked with my landlord and got the cost approved, and set up an appointment with Bob. Again, he said they would be out the next AM and I never heard anything from them, not a call, nothing. After that I was done with them, but I eventually had to call them to try and get a copy of the invoice for the initial $85 that I spent to give to my landlord (mind you, nothing was fixed so it was a waste of $85). True to form, they don't seem to have any record keeping system, and Bob could not look up the invoice. Eventually he sent me an email with a record of the transaction, but it was a generic text email - not exactly official, but that's what you get with Premier - unprofessional, unofficial, disorganized.
