Let's talk about the light: It's hanging from a 9 foot ceiling in the stairwell . Jonathan arrived prepared with the right sized ladder and fixed the problem with ease. Oh, he also secured my dishwasher so it wouldn't keep sliding out of it's area whenever I use it. While he was working, I started making a mental list of things I will have him come back to do.
