When signing up make sure they have text /call set up otherwise communication goes straight to junk mail And they will not call even if number is on file.

When I let them know that this was not going to work for me, they did not make any suggestion for fixing the situation. I felt like the did not value me as a customer. I was also in formed that I would not et my money back even though it was the same day that I opened the unit. So two days later I closed it and told I would no longer be using the unit.
