They moved the new hot tub very carefully to the right spot and placed it down for us smoothly! The quality of their service is totally worth every penny! Pricing was up front and I would be provided a quote upon the team arrival. This all happened as I was initially informed. I set up the junk haul for a week out, and was contacted the day prior and 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Three guys showed up; Tyler who provided the quote prior to any work being done (if I did not like the quote, the work would not be done..as I was instructed by customer service). The team was tyler, calvin and colin. Three very nice guys. They worked quietly and were very respectful of my property and home. They ensured careful exit out of the home and worked tirelessly to move all junk out of the home. They were very careful leaving the home, ensuring the doorway was not bumped or scraped. Tyler performed the art of ensuring all items were on the truck. He estimated that I would use up 3/4 to 1 truck... it ended up being 1 full truck. I watched the guys dismantle items carefully and thoughfully and ensure that the truck was 100% fully loaded...NO GAPS or lost space on the truck they loaded. They even had to artfully CLOSE the door to the truck to ensure all items were held in place ! I would recommend this company that serviced my area to anyone in this area..I cant speak for performance at other locations as per the reviews I read on yelp...but this Puyallup/South Hill crew was very impressive and professional ! In fact, I contacted them again for a quote for packing and loading services... they sent a representative out within a couple of hours..that was Tori. I walked her through the house and remaining items that would require packing and loading into a POD at a later time...she gave me a quote with a cost range. I was impressed with the team that came to my home...the fact that they give a quote before the work is done...and you still have the option to refuse the service--thats a win win!

It was Kayla, the office worker (this may not be the correct spelling). What a complete bitch! She was so rude and the place was so disgusting that I just decided to forget about my $100 deposit and leave the unit still full. The only shining star in this story is the manager. I spoke to her for a minute about Kayla, and she was very pleasant. Unfortunately, she runs a pretty gross operation.

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with his services, and would caution anyone booking with him that price increases can be expected. I called Crystal Perfections to request a quote for carpet cleaning a ~1300 sqft 3 bed/2 bath apartment. I was given a $150 estimate and proceeded with booking an appointment. The day of service, I received a text from John saying I had more carpet than expected and he increased the our cost from $150 to $270 (nearly double). When I asked why, he said we effectively had 6 rooms, not 3, that needed cleaning (one, of which, was a small hallway), and that the square footage of the job does not matter, but number of rooms matters. This was not communicated during the initial quote, and John would not honor his quote, nor meet in the middle on pricing. I ended up paying full price as he had already cleaned the apartment when he notified me. I found John to be very unprofessional and do not recommend using his services.
