So, we got online trying to find bounce house rentals and came across Hoosier Hop. After checking out their website and comparing them to other bounce house rental sites we decided to go with them. Well, we were very happy with our decision! Their prices are excellent! The bounce house was clean and a very good size. We rented their Color Castle Bounce (15 ft. x 15 ft.). Another awesome thing was since we are within a 30 minute range from their location the delivery was free!! Everyone with this company were very nice and professional. Eli, Beth, and our delivery guy "Rocket" were awesome! Eli was very helpful. He answered any questions I had about their website and bounce houses. Beth called me the day before the party to make sure the time for the rental was correct and she let me know when to expect the delivery guy to show up. She also answered any questions I had. Then our delivery guy "Rocket" was a very nice guy and very professional. He showed up about an hour early, which was nice because my daughter got to have the bounce house all to herself before everyone else arrived for the party. It didn't take him long at all to get the bounce house up and running. Hoosier Hop's bounce house wasn't just a hit for the kids but also for the adults!! Everyone had so much fun!! In fact, our family and friends started talking about renting from Hoosier Hop for future birthday parties or any kind of party. Well that fell through. I called and explained to him that I wasn't going to be needing the table and chairs anymore. the wedding is in October so I'm giving him plenty of notice. He sends me and awful message and i can not get him to refund my money because o paid him in payments so I didn't have everything up front. The room was reserved only for us, but because management is so tight, they wouldn't allow for any setup. They only allow for a specific amount of party supplies. If you need more, they charge extra per piece. The staff were polite, but too many rules. In the end, they stopped us from taking out our party supplies until after we paid. In conclusion, enjoy the fun inflations, but I don't recommend them hosting parties.

But the guys were a bit gruff. The man who was walking with the pony was aggressive and just not a happy pony person. Other than that they were good. We all have bad days, but since I would think the majority of business comes from doing kids parties, I would request someone else to come with the pony.

WE finally get someone on the phone and they tell us the person whom quoted us the price is no longer an employee and they won't honor the price. Who does business like this? It takes them days to respond to inquiries and they don't honor the prices their own employee quote and that are on official contracts they email out! BAD BUSINESS!
