But today, I had a very poor experience with a different stylist that resulted in disappointment, some tears, and a 5 hour long appointment that could not have been further from what I asked for or expected. I was given a completely different service than requested. I pulled the owner aside and shared my sadness and how different that appointment was from the quality of service I am familiar with at Parlor. The owner asked how he can help. He wanted to make sure I left happy and tried to offer any solution he could for a fix and Aaron...bless him so much...despite having 2 other clients at that time, having to travel a few hours away after his shift, and having appointments scheduled early the next day. He said he would fix it for me! He and Alycc (another fantastic stylist) stayed at least an hour after close and two and a half hours after the last guest to make sure that I could leave confident and happy with the service I actually wanted. I cannot speak higher of the leadership here and to my savior Aaron... I am so thankful for you for making sure I left smiling no matter what!!!
