Andrew did confirm the appointment the day prior, but he NEVER LET ME KNOW...Then another cleaning lady showed up at 8:30AM telling me Jenny was gone. For the price, my wife was very disappointed with the quality of the cleaning. The floors still had many spots that had to be manually wiped afterwards, the kitchen cabinets were not wiped down and the stainless steel appliances were at best streaky and had to be given another go-over by us. There are so many cleaner service choices out there, I don't think I will be using Carvalhos again.
