I highly recommend First Class Installations. I had a simple 50" Flat Screen TV mount with sound bar. I didn't have the swivel TV mount-they provided fora reasonable cost. The appointment was made quickly and easily. The technician came on time. I didn't have all the cords needed to so the tech had to go to the store to pick up additional cords. I wanted all my cords hidden which he did. He was fast professional and cleaned up after himself.

Outstanding in every way! Don't hesitate to use them! They took such care in making sure they left not even dust behind-I really appreciate that. They did a new tv for me and moved 2 old ones to new rooms. They make sure you like how they're hind and that the TVs work. They do everything for you. The minute they came in, you could tell they were experienced; they had all the tools and parts they needed and even asked if I wanted them to throw out the tv box. They are friendly & personable. Installation of a Samsung Frame TV was great. Anthony was responsive on Yelp messages and we were able to get service scheduled in a timely manner. The team took their time and adjusted their plan based on the circumstances of our wall. Highly recommend.

Anthony and his team came out to mount several items for a professional office space and did an incredible job. He unmounted and remounted a 75 inch TV and hung a few large paintings, all of which were hung exactly how I wanted. He has a very distinct ~eagle eye~ that confirms perfect placement, 10/10. I have used several Houston companies but Anthony has been the most thorough person yet, will definitely stick with them for future projects. Timely, professional, I definitely recommend if you're looking for help hanging TVs or art in your space.

Did a quote for wall mounting a tv on Yelp and Anthony was very quick to respond with all my questions. He came with his partner David the very next day and installed an 82 inch tv so quickly and exactly how I wanted it with my surround system, clean and flush. Anthony (owner) and his partner were great! We just moved from another state a few days ago and needed 3 TVs mounted. Their prices are very reasonable, and Anthony was able to squeeze us in the next day! They were both courteous, professional, quick, and very careful with our TVs. These guys know what they were doing, you can tell they've got a lot of experience under their belt. We plan to work with them in the future for our security system. My fiancé found these guys on Yelp and they were able to come the day of to install our TV mounts. We were really grateful as it was really last minute. The guys were very professional and quick. Installing three mounts and putting the TVs on took maybe 1hr or so? It might have been less but I honestly can't remember. We asked them to come back after to help install our security cameras and floodlight too. Not encouraging you to do this, but what I appreciated most was just their willingness to come at the last minute when we asked. I really didn't expect anyone to come and install our mounts and TVs right away but these guys came through and did a good job for a decent price. read more

We had a 90" television that needed to be mounted. Anthony offered a very fair price. We had several glitches in getting this job completed - mostly due to how this oversized tv needed to be mounted. Instead of getting frustrated, Anthony worked with us and was very responsive. David, our installer was very helpful in helping us decide where to mount as there was an obstacle on the wall that kept us from being able to center the TV. David was friendly and did an amazing job! We would definitely use them again and we highly recommend them! read more

Our neighbor referring them to us. I called them. They showed up on time. but after installation of our three TVs on two of them they said they can't hide wires and left the tv with wires on wall. At the end they charged us almost same amount while they didn't finished the job correctly. I don't recommend them to anyone! read more

Never scheduled a time since we had new construction at the time. Finally finished and went down from 4tvs to 2 that needed mounting and refused to do the job. In reality we needed 10 but will not be doing business with a company that can't be professional on any job. read more

Quick to respond, fair price, and clean work. Professional job by the guys coming in to set up gym and office TVs , even run out to get right tv brackets when mine didn't work out and didn't charge and arm and a leg for going that extra mile. We requested removal of an older TV, the removal of a mantle on a brick fireplace and the installation of a new TV lower to eye level. Anthony and Andres were able to quickly do exactly what we requested. Additionally they helped my husband with the surround sound system which was disconnected when we switched internet providers. Anthony is very knowledgeable and made additional recommendations to make the system work seamlessly. They did a great job. We will use First Class Installations again in the future. read more

I was about to go the DIY route for a dedicated home theater/media room but thought I'd at least get an idea how much it would be to get a professional do it. I am glad I found Anthony/First Class Installations! First, he responded to my request for a quote quickly. Second, he asked what I wanted and what my budget was - he knocked both those items out of the ball park! I got exactly what I wanted and it was much less than what I budgeted for in order to get quality audio/video. Lastly, he did a clean and quick job. When they let me know everything was done and ready, I was pleasantly surprised. Going into this project, I was on the fence about trusting somebody I found through the internet but Anthony was transparent and honest throughout the process. Nick and Justin installed a Samsung Frame TV a few nights ago. I had purchased a fairly untraditional mount (requiring removal of a large piece of drywall, removing a piece of a non-load bearing stud, drilling directly into the studs, etc.). Not only did they have ample tools at the ready to get the job done, they were patient, thorough, and committed to completing the job to perfection. Full disclosure, the photos aren't great (I haven't yet purchased the proper cabinet to house cords/box), but the work was! I plan to use First Class Installations again soon for the installation of other electronics. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I hired First Class Installations to mount a couple of large TVs in my home, and they did an absolutely outstanding job. From the initial inquiry to the final installation, everything was smooth, professional, and well-executed. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and came fully prepared with all the tools and hardware needed. I first inquired about the price of replacing a soundbar on a Sunday and was I written back within the hour. Anthony came out the very next day. I didn't even know whether or not my sound bar was compatible with the rest of the system let alone how to connect it. Thankfully Anthony is much more tech savvy than me and he began to inspect and had a solution within no time. I was fearful of him saying my new soundbar wouldn't be compatible but instead he connected everything via Bluetooth and then walked me through how to work it.
