One of our dogs is 15 years old and the other is a hyper puppy who stayed for the first time. We called today and they said they did not feel comfortable keeping them again. Then why was that not told to us after we just paid them $1900 for keeping them! Really! Called today and had no problem getting daycare elsewhere!

I'm not mad at that but I still wanted to visit the local shop and see what other treats they had available. The ship itself is not huge but the people working there gave great customer service. The young lady greeted me when I walked in and answered all of questions. My dog enjoyed all of the different smells and sounds from barking dogs in the back. I did pick up a few items: cheese ball, biscuit, and a peanut butter cup. I also bought a beef rib bone which my dog loved. Well she loved everything I gave her that day. They even have ice cream. They were thorough in their exams and kept treatments and medicines as affordable as possible. Our family has always had a good experience there, including the wonderful front office staff and the assistants helping in the back. When our last dog died last week, they were respectful and kind. Running a business myself, I know that things that can happen that may have a negative impact, but you always strive to do better. That said, I'm extremely happy with this practice and would not consider placing my precious fur babies into any other hands. They overcharge and push unnecessary nonsense like so many but at least they were friendly. We took both of our dogs into get their annual vaccines. We then booked a night for them to be boarded when we had a family event at our house. But surprise! We when dropped them off to be boarded there was another $500 in vaccines and fecal tests that had to be done or they couldn't stay. So we are backed into a corner and forced to pay with no other options. This is a shady and disgusting business practice and we will not be coming back. I would not recommend this Vet at all.
