They send reminders, confirmations, etc. They work very well with me due to I drive a good distant to get to them and I don't get off till 5:00pm. They hold the pet free of charge if you're running a little late. They also take pictures of your pet and give them nail painting. Only reason why I am not giving them a 5 star was because first time I took my dog and they gave her a nail trim, I think they trimmed it too close to the base so my dog's nail was bleeding a little but not where it was hurting her and she couldn't walk or was limping. It's just the blood got onto my car seats and I didn't realize that until I already drove off and was close to home. I still go back to them because they do take care of my dogs well and communication is very good.

Have taken my dog there for awhile. Twice I cancelled and I gave enough notice and once I just…read moredidn't go. At that time I was charged 30 dollars for not showing and I paid it. Life happens and sometimes days don't work out like we want. I gave a 24 hour notice when I cancelled. There were times I got the dog back and she looked like she hadn't been bathed only cut. After this last time of cancelling because I didn't have anyway to get her there( I notified 24 hours in advance) they then told me the could not accommodate us anymore because of two many cancellations and that typically the did 6-8 weeks initially and that's what I sat up and there were a couple of times I couldn't get it when I wanted it so it was a longer span of time. I don't recommend this place because they are uncaring what your situation is and then tell you to go somewhere else. So I will go somewhere better! Hope no one ever gets treated like this! So disappointing !!

My girls have had some health scares and are "anxious" in general but Divine K9 has always taken the time to soothe them and lets me know how they did at pick up. The salon is always clean and smells nice. There is always someone at the door to welcome you with a smile. I would never take them anywhere else. I've used groomers in the past that considered their job...well, a "job" and didn't really enjoy their job and it showed.
