This place booked us for a Sunday pet interview, we showed up 8:30am, they said it was a 10:30 am appointment, but had no idea who booked us, when they booked us, only had it penciled in calendar. They were not able to accommodate the miscommunication and the main reason they only have one space for the dogs to run. Not going back for limited facilities, lack of taking responsibility for scheduling errors, and overall attitude from front desk and manager that it was our problem. It was pretty clear to us we would not want our furbaby there. Would recommend another facility if you have a pup over 25 lbs for small space. 3 stars facility seemed clean, customer service and business organization lacking. Last note: this place has full size realistic looking stuffed dogs as decor.... anyone that knows dogs or animals in general is aware that is not welcoming to dogs and freaks them out. Why would a place that professionally cares for dogs have stuffed ones up front?

This place is so awesome. Everyone here LOVES dogs so much! It is a newer building with lots of space for the dogs to play inside and outside. They keep it very clean and are well organized. Everyone is so friendly and my dog absolutely loves coming here! They also send out a monthly newsletter with lots of photos and helpful/fun info.

They are the absolute best! It's always so hard for us to leave our pups when we travel but it makes it so much better knowing that they are in great hands. Seeing pics of our dog Eleanor in sweet Evelyn's arms just melts my heart. I know she and the rest of the team all love our dogs and it just puts a smile on my face. I recommend them to everyone I know with dogs.

A long but necessary read for any dog owners considering taking their dog to Dogs All Day. We started taking our puppy to Dogs All Day a couple of months ago and had a great experience, up until our most recent visit last Wednesday. We dropped our puppy (an almost 6 month old lab) off for a half day of daycare. When we picked her up at 6:30 PM that evening the attendant let us know that Reese got a "small cut" during her nail trimming service. When Reese walked out, a piece of her ear was slit and hanging off. The attendant also let us know that they let Reese back in the play area "when the bleeding stopped" because "she was acting normal and wagging her tail." Our puppy could have been injured even more because of the negligence of the employees, and our first thought was: why didn't they call us to tell us this happened? They claimed they weren't exactly sure what happened, that it happened during her nail trim but they didn't see a blood trail anywhere. We quickly took her to an emergency vet clinic where we were told she would need surgery. We consulted with our regular vet the next day and they agreed, she would need surgery under anesthesia. Our regular vet luckily fit her in for a Friday morning surgery, and Reese came home Friday evening with a cone and her ears wrapped in bandages, on paid meds and an antibiotic to fight infection. A manager at Dogs All Day, Heather, did call us Thursday morning after the incident and expressed her sincere apologies and we did appreciate that. The owner of Dogs All Day, Anita, also offered her apologies and paid for almost all of the vet bills, which we also greatly appreciated. We are still very upset at the way the staff handled this situation and therefore we will not be returning to Dogs All Day.

My dog Freddie has gone to Dogs All Day for both boarding and day care and he LOVES it! The staff is friendly, they have large indoor and outdoor play areas, and I love that I can pull up the webcam feed and check-in on Freddie. Dogs All Day was recommended to me by a neighbor and I'm so glad.

If my dogs could write a review, Eli and Winnie would tell you that Dogs All Day is like a aecond home to them. Eli has been going for over 6 yrs, Winnie over 2. The staff is like family. They are always excited to go play, even after boarding. The staff always knows when Eli needs a belly rub. Can't wIt for the new facility to open up!!

This facility is fantastic!! I have been bringing my girls for day care off and on for over a year. Everyone is very friendly and professional and it is obvious they truly enjoy what they are doing. Everything is kept spotlessly clean and fresh and I really like the online monitoring that's available. My girls enjoy the interaction with other dogs and also the humans that take care of them. I highly recommend Dogs all Day!'

My dog loves this place. The staff is really nice and accommodating. The best part... one tired puppy when he comes home

This is an update for Nana's Pet Sitting…read more This past year I have added a 5th dog to my group. At one point it was a foster dog that hated other dogs. Nana's Pet Sitting did a wonderful job at caring for my four and being quite creative at caring for my foster who was fearful around strangers. All was handled beautifully by Heidi and Linda. In the fall and at Christmas (2019) I was away and had adopted a 5th dog. This 5th dog is a puppy. Heidi came in 4 times a day as I always schedule and cared well for all of my dogs. There were medications to be given plus my dogs must be rotated due to one disliking one of my others. With the 5th it has caused Heidi to need more time which Linda gave her and which I agreed to cover financially! That old saying .. you get what you pay for!! If you want you pets to receive the best care .. call Linda Edwards with Nana's Pet Sitting. What I love about Linda .. she is direct .. no sugar coating. She has your pet's best interest and am so glad she is this way!!

I recently attended a pet first aid seminar presented by Linda Edwards of Nana's Pet Sitting/Pet…read moreFirst Aid and it was a complete waste of time. It was $40 for a two hour class that taught me nothing of value. For instance, one of the topics was what to do if your dog is bitten by a snake. Linda's Answer: Take them to the Emergency Vet. It doesn't take a genius to figure that one out. I also found Linda to be downright rude as well as a poor public speaker. She had no time management and completely lost control of the group on several occasions. At one point another guest asked a question and I gave my input and mentioned that I was a groomer. The guest thanked me for my input and Linda told me that she "lost all respect for me" because I was a groomer and then laughed it off. I realize that groomers do not always have the best reputations however; if I am paying you to attend a class the least you can do is not insult me in front of a room full of people. I will never use her petsitting business or take another one of her classes again.
