I walked in this morning to send a package and was greeted first and foremost by wonderful smell…read morecoming from the store. I asked the two beautiful young ladies what was that smell was it a shampoo what were they wearing what did they burn. The graciously gave me a card that had the only information and they sprayed the card so if I would remember the sent. That was just one little detail along with their smiling faces, sunny disposition, willingness to help effectively and professionally, and the fact that they taped the box no charge were all just my reasons for calling this place my UPS store. It's the only courier shop that has a 4 star rating while take a look at the grumbling reviews on any platform they don't exceed 2 star. It's clean, well stocked, neat, offers a host for great services including notarizing, shredding, printing etc and the staff is stellar and always helpful. They are all UPS stores but franchises so you are dealing with small shop owners. Even if I have a closer UPS I make it here hands down. I support great local businesses.

I am writing this review in the hopes to prevent this situation from happening to another family in…read morethe future. On 11/10/20 Kyle Russell from South Florida Mobile Notary Service, was sent to my apartment in order for us to sign the final papers for the home my husband and I just purchased. The utter disrespect my husband and I have received from this woman was truly disheartening. Originally, my husband had asked her to please come as early as possible today so we are able to complete the paperwork on time as I work from home and had to start at 11:30am est. Ms. Russell stated she was able to come at 11am. Ms. Russell arrived 10 minutes late to our apartment. Although I find punctuality to be of extreme importance, I do understand that there are some circumstances that may make a person late, so I chose to not address her lack of punctuality when she arrived. I proceeded to offer her a seat at our dining room table and informed her I would need to have my laptop out because I will be starting work soon at 11:30am est. Ms. Russell responded rudely and abruptly by saying, "Seriously? You should have told me to come earlier, I have been up since 6am." First and foremost, I do not need to know the time she has been up since. I am a Mom of 3 babies all under 2 years old. I have been up since 2am however Ms. Russell was not at my apartment today for the purpose of sharing what time we each woke up this morning. Ms. Russell then proceeded to tell me and I quote, "this is more important," when referring to her opinion (which was not asked for) regarding whether or not my career or signing the papers for the purchase of my new home had more importance. Again, this was a statement she decided to randomly provide without being asked to provide it. After her rude remarks, my husband had to finally ask her if we can please just start the signing process. Which I was fully able and capable of doing simultaneously while I worked. I have never been so blatantly disrespected by a stranger in my own home in my entire life. I am a registered nurse and my husband, a fireman working on the frontlines taking care of COVID patients. I have twin 8 month daughters, and a 19 month old son whom were all present during this incident. The lack of respect Ms. Russell has shown to us today truly ruined what should have been the most exciting moment for us. We were beyond thrilled and excited to finally sign the papers today for the purchase of our forever home, and this is what we had to endure? We paid $160 for Ms. Russell to step into our home and treat us so disrespectfully and as if we were burdening her in some way. It is not about the money for me, I am so disgusted with what occurred and I hope this letter can prevent this from happening to another family in the future. I would never recommend this notary service to anyone. I have already sent this to the title company as well as their numerous affiliates who use notary services regularly, and they will no longer be using your services.

I sent a package and cost me well over $150.00 and was promised 3-5 days delivery it's been weeks…read moreand it never got there. They don't answer their phone when you call either. So there is no way to claim. On top of it they were rude and unhelpful when I had to seek shelter inside their store when one of their Amazon and USPS delivery people gaslighted me yelling at me when I asked the USPS driver to please move her (illegally parked) white unmarked vehicle from behind my parked car so I could get out. Suddenly The Amazon worker rushed out of her truck and over to me. I had gotten out to ask the USPS driver after three times to please move and then I decided to get the ID of the vehicle as that was my only recourse. The Amazon worker rushed at me saying I was harassing the USPS driver. I moved quickly into my car for safety but she followed me and she banged on my glass screaming at me "what is wrong with you white people" They Karenized me gaslighting the situation when they were being aggressive. When I ducked into their store to ask them to please get their delivery people off of me they told me I had to leave that it was "too loud" instead one of them went outside to chat with the Amazon worker and smiled as he left the store to talk to her I felt threatened so instead I called 911 as the Amazon worker was outside the shop not letting me leave. I will never set foot in this place again. They work with bullies and thugs. Meanwhile I was late to work and the cops did nothing either. Never set foot in this bizarre palace again - and I escalated the situation to Amazon, because this shop did nothing to palliate that the drivers that work with them bully their customers and they don't care that they block traffic for their purposes

The atmosphere was not welcoming , the lack of attention for customers not helpful,short staffed…read more, line was beyond long and could've been shorter if customers had more knowledge on how to use the self serve kiosk. They need to implement employees directing customers to use it and giving guidance on that. Hidden fees, everything is so expensive nowadays and I'm on a tight budget so knowing before wasting my time would be appreciated being charged for prints when I could've printed it out at the library for FREE. I will not be coming back. Plus the line is always long wait times long as hel !
