    Harold was super sweet. Very fast and efficient.. did everything lightening fast.... I mean he made it a breeze!!! He should be a trainer!!!! And Cathy was as sweet as pie.... this little store has everything even mailboxes, a computer to use, and a Copier. Super nice!

    The staff at this UPS store works on their own time and schedule. You can clearly see the hours of operation attached. The employees at this location decided to lock their doors 15 minutes before the scheduled close time. There were only a few people In line when I arrived at 4:47pm. Very unprofessional and unorganized!! The gentlemen in the front with the receding hairline (couldn't get his name, as he wouldn't open the door or acknowledge the customers waiting out front) needs to be trained on how to work properly and efficiently in high traffic location such as Miami Gardens. Very disappointed in the lack of effort from this location and its employees. Do better.

    The very top option is not really available at this location. Bring your own label and box.

    Do not take your Amazon returns to this location! If you do, just print your own label and place your items in a box before heading here! The whole idea of them scanning your QR code and just taking your item is no longer the case as it once was. What they are doing now is forcing customers to pay for a box or envelope to put the return in when what they are supposed to be doing is throwing the items in what is called a polly bag for FREE! Even if you point out the fact that there is a sign on the door that says to have your code ready and they will do the rest, they will go back and forth with you about why you owe them $1.77 to accept your return! The sign on the door says is all caps: "NO BOX NEEDED." But they try their best to convince you that one is needed. I even called their corporate office to get clarification. The gentleman that I spoke with to tried telling me that they have to charge me for printing the label. That's not true! Even the clerk told me that if I come back with a small box then she wouldn't charge me anything. So they want you to pay for packaging instead of using the free Polly bags!!! It's so very clear! The guy at corporate tried his best to convince me that it's not a scam to get money. He even said to ask them to put it in a poly bag himself, which further proved my theory that they are trying to dupe Amazon customers out of money. It makes no sense at all! Do not fall for this dirty little trick! I use to drop off Amazon returns here with no problem all the time. Now they've gone and implemented this little trick! Never again!

    I had a really great experience with Monster Displays. They really helped me despite my tight…read moredeadline. So I needed a replacement graphic for a tabletop booth frame that we purchased back in 2016 from DisplayIt. Unfortunately, DisplayIt is unable to produce a replacement graphic for us because they completely phased out that product on their end. My team and I went to various alternative vendors, and found that the pricing and delivery fees were too much. Also, the other vendors estimated the production and delivery timelines that were too long, and would be too risky given our tight timeline. But when we found Monster Displays, it was a breath of fresh air. Not only are they eco conscious with their products, their timeline was quicker than the other vendors we looked at, delivery fees were very reasonable, and the process was super easy and smooth. In fact, after we placed an order for the replacement graphic, we got an email from Beverly to ask where we purchased the original frame from. She recognized that we had not purchased their frame, only the replacement graphic. So she wanted to check in with us to sanity check that the replacement graphic we were ordering would fit. That shows a lot of care and attention Beverly and her team put into their work and towards their clients. I paid and approved the proof on May 5, and the final product arrived today (May 12). It was well packaged, it looked so good, and most importantly -- it fit our frame from DisplayIt like a glove. I really really appreciate the team that made this possible. My team and I will definitely go back to this company for future needs.
