First off I am writing this for a friend. My friend was planning to replace her back yard fence, which is in good shape. The bid came in at 15,000. I suggested she have it power washed. My friend asked me to find someone that could do this type of work. She got two bids and we felt First Class was the one we were going to take a chance on. As it turns out we picked a winner! They arrived early and worked all day. They brought two people one for each side of the fence. They did a great job and water proofed the entire fence. Mike answered questions and was more than willing to schedule when it worked for us. Showed up on time- had a mechanical failure that required a quick run for a part but was back quickly. Mike did a great job on our house! He did an exterior wash that included the sidings, soffits, gutters, etc. The driveway and sidewalks were washed and look amazing He also removed a wasp nest in one of our overhangs. 10 days ago, we had the exterior of our 2-story house power washed by First Class Power Washing Solutions. Mike did all the work by himself. Our house is located on a corner lot that is slopped so I always have some concerns regarding safety. Earlier this Spring, we had all the windows re-caulked on the outside and I was concerned about the force of the power washing removing some of this new caulk. Mike understood my concern and assured me the new caulk would be fine. Another area of concern I had was the west side of our house and 2 sets of terraces. We have 40+ bushes planted around the house and I didn't want to have any of these damaged. Our house is 27 years old and clad in aluminum siding. This was the first time it had been power washed. In the past, I had hand washed what I could reach using a step ladder and hose. So, we had some areas on the North side of the house that were fairly clean and some areas of green moss/algae higher up. And every "corner" on the house underneath the overhang was dirty. When Mike arrived at our house (less than 24 hrs after speaking with him by phone) to look over the job and provide me with an estimate he also mentioned that he could clean the concrete pad behind our garage if we removed the items stored there. And we also decided to have him clean the 2 sets of wooden terraces on the west side of house and a brick wall forming a large tree barrier also on the west side. Mike emailed me a written estimate and had his insurance agent email his insurance coverage form with the amount of coverage listed. He's very professional and has all his "legal" ducks in a row for setting up a business. Business cards, sign for the yard and his custom truck all match. He has defiantly put some thought into setting up his business of power washing residential and commercial sites. I was floored during the Power Washing experience. It wasn't that noisy while I was inside. I went outside to check a few times on the progress and Mike was working non-stop. He went to town cleaning all hard surfaces on the outside of our house. He not only cleaned the cement pad behind our house, he also cleaned our driveway and sidewalk! All the green moss/algae was gone from the North side of our house. The wooden terraces, brick and concrete areas were returned to the color of when they were fist installed. I have recommended First Class Power Washing Solutions to a number of friends already.
