We built this house 40 years ago, but it's time to downsize. My last gift to this house was to call American Window Cleaning. They sent an estimator who took pictures and promptly sent me a quote. I was happy their website gave me several choices "good", "better", "best". I decided to wash the exterior windows, clean out the gutters, sweep the roof and power wash the house. They called to make an appointment to do the work. Their team arrived on time, explained the order of things -- and got right down to it. I was delighted with the job they did. AND IT WAS A LOT OF WORK. Their brightly painted truck had excellent equipment which did an impressive job. The two young men were courteous and industrious. We had the best service from American Window Cleaning. Very smooth at getting our house and windows scheduled for cleaning. The two guys we had for our window cleaning were great! Our window sills were filthy as well as the windows and screens. They did such a great job that we couldn't even tell there were screens on. Our puppy saw our blinds move inside while he was standing outside and walked into the window because he couldn't even tell that the glass door was there. Now that is clean! We used American Window Cleaning to clean our windows, siding , deck,pergola, & decorative stones. We got the basic ( good) package for all of them. They did a good job on everything except the windows. They did a good job on the screens & window sills, but they missed a lot of stuff on the windows, streaks,& smuges that I had to buff out when I went to wash the inside of the windows.
