Received a reminder email with easy to read directions to their location, as well as a reminder text from my technician, Amber, the day of. I arrived right at my appointment time but still had to wait about 15 minutes for the two people already occupying the chairs to be done. I didn't mind, they had Game of Thrones on the tv, my favorite! Amber was quick to get me prepped so I would be ready once they other two patrons were done. Loved how they made sure I had enough Vaseline to keep my lips moist and my gums protected. The procedure itself is quick and painless and results were awesome! All the visible stains on my teeth were gone! Amber also took before photos so it was easy to compare, not that I needed them as I had a pretty visible improvement. All the other patrons seemed to have the same response, everyone was excited about their results. Amber was professional, funny and very friendly, definitely coming back!! Also, you get special pricing for return visits and they usually recommend returning in 3-4 months, or sooner depending on your teeth and whitening goals.

We originally called on Saturday to schedule a lymphatic drainage appointment. She told us to text her my name and the day we wanted, so we did -- and she never responded. On Tuesday, we texted again asking when she was available -- still no response. We called again Tuesday, she finally answered, and scheduled us for 10:00AM Thursday. I arrived Thursday at 9:55AM. The lights were off, no one was there, and the door was locked. I called and let her know I was there, and she finally texted back saying she "let all her clients know there was a plumbing issue." She 100% did NOT notify me or my mom, who scheduled the appointment (we have photos and texts to prove it). She then said she would be there by 10:45AM. At 10:45, she said 10 more minutes. Ten minutes later, she said 6 minutes, because she was "stuck in traffic." The entire time, she didn't update me on where she was, when she'd arrive, or whether I should keep waiting. By 11:05, she stopped responding. At 11:18, I texted asking if I should go and pointed out she wasn't keeping me updated at all. At 11:30, I checked one last time -- and she finally showed up, with her child. She opened the door and immediately said, "Oh I texted you to come up 30 minutes ago." She absolutely did NOT. I showed her my phone -- no message -- and instead of apologizing she flipped and started yelling at me, accusing me of being "rude" and saying she refuses to serve me because "it's her business and she can refuse whoever she wants." My mom heard this and came up, and suddenly the owner's tone changed -- until she started accusing ME of being rude just because I asked whether she was at home or the salon when she mentioned a plumbing problem. That's a completely reasonable question. Then it got worse. She told us she has "very important high-paying clients" and that they matter more, because they're post-surgery and "need it more" than I do. She doubled down saying she "texted everyone" about plumbing problems -- which again, she DID NOT. My mom calmly explained that we would've happily rescheduled if she had simply communicated honestly and not wasted over an hour and fifteen minutes of our time sitting outside waiting. The owner then said she couldn't fit me in, complained about her next client, and said, "Well you got it on Groupon so it's only twenty dollars," and tried to offer two free sessions -- which we NEVER asked for. When she saw my mom recording -- she exploded again, yelling, and even threw around the word "retarted"* (yes, that actually happened) as we were walking away -- with her child screaming in the background the entire time. This business: * Does not respond to messages * Does not notify customers when canceling * Lies about contacting clients * Shows up over an hour late, if at all * Treats Groupon customers like second-class citizens * Yells at paying clients instead of apologizing * Thinks "high-paying" clients deserve respect, but Groupon ones do not * Has zero professionalism -- even screaming insults in front of her child I cannot stress enough: Stay away from this place. You will not be respected, valued, or treated professionally -- unless you're one of her "high-paying" clients (her words, not mine). This whole experience was unacceptable from start to finish.
