Staff was extremely friendly, however, I asked for them to make my nails thick because I am hard on my hands. I know they have several locations now opening in the DFW area. Lucky to be in the area while they're having their opening special. I think this might be the first nail bar which offer a head spa. This place is cute with all their pink decor. Everything looks organize which hopefully stays the same onwards. Went to get nails for a wedding with the girls and the first thing you see is PINK. ITS SO PINK. The atmosphere was very nice, not too loud ans chaotic but not too quiet and awkward. The staff was very quick to roll out and get everyone going, honestly felt like a romcom cliche scene with how they all filed out with the supplies. A lot of of got mani pedi so it was very busy in our corner but everyone had a great time. I had Jessica who was awesome, love her personality and she was amazing at getting my nails exactly how I wanted. Omg so freaking pretty! I think this location is by far the cutest of them all. I came in for a pedicure with my friend. We both had the best time. We had cute/ delicious drinks and were pampered from start to finish. I had the Lemon Honey Bee Pedicure and it was amazing, I 100% recommend it. Huy was my nail tech and he was absolutely the best! He was friendly and always had a beautiful smile on his face. Not only was Huy full of great personality, but he gave me the best pedicure and shoulder massage I have had in a while. Cute set up and good drinks but I made an appointment for my mom & I Acrylics with gel fill I requested & booked with certain tech but didn't not get said tech, I also asked for someone gentle for my mother. We waited and than were rushed through our appointments We were also told we booked wrong for what we wanted when it was confirmed at the front. Both of us have cuts from the drill on our hands aswell sticky and uneven. Both of our nails looked bloody around the nail bed... First they tried to drown out his review by getting a bunch of 5 star reviews after he posted about the infected toe he got from them, no response from the business. Drowning out bad reviews seems to be a trend as they did this with another woman who wrote a bad review that just so happened to receive numerous 5 star reviews immediately after. Original: Been here twice and wanted to like it. First time, my gel manicure they did a great job with the shape and overall appearance but then started to chip within 2 days. It is a cute place and LOOKS clean. Would be so nice for a girl's day out. Unfortunately, my husband and I went in for pedicures and the very next morning he had an infected big toe from their tools causing him to be put on antibiotics. It has been very painful for him to walk, and has had lots of redness, swelling, and pus. For almost $160+ it was not worth now having medical issues. As you can see in the first picture the infection was causing red streaking up his foot. Look up red streaking due to infection that means it was spreading to the rest of his body and could cause sepsis. It's VERY BAD. read more

I've been to the Rose couture nail bar twice now, wants to get a fill on my builders gel with a cat eye polish, the therapist was very nice and very helpful, but the Jill was put on rather sick. And he did the cat eye only on one side not where you can really see the difference. And it seems very pricey for what it was. Then I went back because one of my friends said that the Foot pedicure that they have was amazing and changed her life. I have to agree the pedicure was awesome. I got the peppermint special with the gel and the steamer and the gold foil and wax and massage. It was lovely. And I had a very amazing therapist on that one. Overall, it was very nice. We both got drinks, I was feeling festive so I got a hot chocolate and this was the cutest hot cocoa I've ever had in my life! My sister in law had a " snow globe " drink and a mimosa! I got my nails done by Emily! She did such a fantastic job and is really good with designs ! She did my nails to a T! I think this is a case of a business growing too much too quickly, and not being able to manage operations and quality. When Rose Couture Southlake first opened approximately 8 months ago I made an appointment for a pedicure at 10am. I checked in and waited for 20 minutes. Finally, I went to the front desk and asked what the delay was, and I was told that there was a shortage of technicians due to several people running late and calling out. Nobody bothered to tell me this while I was waiting. I said that I could not stay any longer as I had other obligations and would have to leave. There were several staff members at the front desk and they were very nonchalant about the whole thing, they simply said OK and let me leave. I thought there would be more of an apology or an attempt to reschedule me, but there was not. Fast forward many months later and I decided to give Rose Couture another try for a regular manicure and pedicure. My experience was not much better than the first. While they were on time, they initially missed my request for a female technician which I had stated to the receptionist who scheduled me online. A male who appeared to be a manager, realized it at the last minute and switched my technician to a female and the girl he switched me to did not seem pleased about it (mid forties Asian woman with blue/gray eyes) and was unfriendly during the service. I also ordered a complementary drink when I checked in, and it was never brought to me. I had to ask another staff member for the drink. Lastly, the salon did not seem very clean to me, there was a lot of debris on the floor that had not been swept up and a lot of the tables were dirty. Overall, I question the hygiene and the cleanliness of this place in addition to the lack of customer service and smooth operations. Given the other options in Southlake, I'm not sure that I would be returning for a third time. read more

The staff was very friendly & accommodating & the chairs were so beautiful with very high tech massage motors. The beach theme at this particular location is gorgeous! Everywhere you look there's something new to see that helps set the mood to relax and enjoy your time there. If you love pink, this is your place!! They have a full bar with complementary beverages such as green tea and fancy cocktails. They haven't been open long & stay very busy so I suggest booking an appointment in advance. My first experience here was great, which is why I drove all the way from Haslet to Southlake today to celebrate a friend's birthday--the facility truly is beautiful. Unfortunately, the service I received this time was disappointing. The person who did my pedicure didn't do a thorough job, and the polish is already chipping. When I asked for a drink, the younger guy seemed unsure of what to do and told me he couldn't. The older gentleman doing pedicures had to step in, bring drinks for both me and my friend, and even come over to spray my feet because the younger technician hadn't done it. How you're treated during a service matters. When someone clearly doesn't enjoy or take pride in their job, it affects the whole experience and sadly, that's how it felt today. read more

I definitely do not recommend this salon. I've been to many nail salons and am admittedly VERY picky. We went here for my daughter's 5th birthday and spent hundreds of dollars. It hasn't even been 10 days since we got our nails done and one of her gel nails came off in a full sheet of polish. Not chipping, but the entire polish from her whole nail. I contacted them to inquire about their gel guarantee(since most places do a 14 day guarantee) and they said they only do 1 week and would charge me to fix it. In my personal opinion, this is a very bad business policy since gel should never come off this way to begin with. I have been getting gel on my own nails for YEARS and this should NEVER happen. read more

I thought it was a nice place and every time I went here it cost me $200+ (also tip) so I thought I would get good service. I did not. Very rude. Especially the front desk girls. Danny is great. Amy is also but everyone else is terribly rude. I had an appointment and they made me wait 1 hour and a half to get it. And it wasn't even the person I requested. She kept getting up she did that 5 times. Then she started my pedicure I asked her can you please remove all the gel. She got up and said I'm not doing your pedicure and I said why? Great atmosphere, very nice people. My nails looked beautiful for a day and then started to break. After 2 had broken within 48 hours, I went back. They quickly repaired them and then added more dip to all of my nails. Within another 4-5 days I had 4 more nails break. I finally went to a different salon and had them completely taken off and redone. The other salon was surprised when they started removing them and said they hadn't been done properly.
