In addition, there are typically many extra costs that are never communicated upfront. I was very concerned about the primitive road that led to my property, but the sales rep was adamant that smaller trucks could deliver and a scout truck would guide the delivery truck. Pure fiction. My delivery driver unloaded everything himself without assistance to a storage unit 23 miles from my home. Numerous items were broken and I lost a few items as well. The $6000 I spent was a colossal waste of money. I could have done the same thing renting a Uhaul truck at a third of the cost. Never again.
