My husband found "Smiles by Higgins and Holsinger" in Denton, MD. They do everything, from soup to nuts, including sedation dentistry; however, their sedation dentistry is oral, not intravenous, and, therefore, safer. Their business is state of the art and the site upon which they built their business is gorgeous! Dr. Holsinger is the best dentist I have ever had and I am 68-years old. The work he does is flawless, truly PAINLESS and over with before you know it. I cannot accurately convey to you how finding a dentist I look forward to seeing has changed my life. I have a lot of fun at every visit because the staff could not be nicer, more helpful or more supportive. They provide you with a small bag of soup, pudding and applesauce, but I have not needed it. You used to me able to buy various medical supplies there but not now. I you are unlucky enough to use a CPAP machine and live in Delaware on the lower shore then this is where it will come from.....but you do not get it here. They insist on coming to your house. I refused and required the respiratory therapist to meet me there and fit me with the proper equipment. She was extremely nice and accommodating.

Had to file a grievance against his company today as supervisor Rick and Leanne Because they could…read morenot hold up their end To get me an MRI that I Desperately need, They sent me to Physical Therapy For six weeks So that I could get my MRI , But when Physical Therapy was over it's literally took months for them to tell me they can not do my mri because I am clostphobic and there is no doctors or hospitals in state of Delaware whom can put me to sleep to do so, Salisbury Maryland is able to do it thru my insurance but Sussex pain relief refuses to send me there. They will not do prior authorization with pgh hospital, Dr Anthony has down played it and said he can send me for a cat scan even knowing my problems are deeper than that , the refusal to help me when I have been in pain for year and a half is insane , the whole left side goes numb and pain radiates thru my body every day and it upsets me that with people like Rick and Leanne not being able to do a job is Crippling me. I am hoping the grievance Open some eyes and will be able to help people in the future. People who are Claustrophobic or have other disabilities should never be told that they can't do anything for you. Rick you are a supervisor, you need to take the time to fix these issues or maybe your not in the right work.
