So when I went in to talk to a banker since the online customer service line was down. They blamed everyone but themselves. I called Marianna Wells Fargo, my old branch and they fixed everything in 10 minutes. Everyone there was super helpful and helped explained what occurred. The whole branch always helps as much as they can. Best service I've ever received.

First federal is a terrible bank I have had nothing but problems from the start with a mortgage I…read morecalled this bank so I could deal with someone local and it routed me to a bank in Georgia which i didn't find out till my loan closed the tried to take a thousand out of the seller funds for down payment without telling me which I ended up having to redo my contract to fix they sold my loan to a new company and I was happy till a month later and they sent me a letter saying I should pay them my first payment after I called and confirmed I no longer needed to pay first federal I am reporting them to the bbb and all the other bureaus to investigate them they are con artists that don't stop even when Your done with them

Every time we provide more documentation (including court order, death certs, etc.) they ask for more. Never expected this much hassle for $140!! Additionally, they made a decision to deduct Social Security funds from our parents account and return it to SS causing us to nowvhave to deal with SS to get the funds that are owed to the inheritors. Anyone expecting a death in the family needs to convince them to close their accounts ahead of time so their family doesn't have to deal with these rude and inconsiderate people. Better yet, don't deal with these folks at all!
