Paid them over $11,000 to install a fence and gate. Installation was OK (we thought). A couple…read moreof weeks later, the gate stopped working properly. Mike (the owner) came by and said he thought it was a burned out motor and a warranty item. For the next 3 months he either didn't return our calls or said the manufacture sent him the wrong parts. We finally gave up, contacted the gate maker, paid to have a new arm sent out. Installed it ourselves. Turned out was installed wrong, wires were put where they would be cut. If he had of fixed it in a timely manner, we would have never known was installed wrong. Currently trying to recover the money we had to spend on parts to fix it ourselves. Will revise if they reimburse us or try to make right.
