Why did I choose Precision Aire? I knew the person who bid the job would be on site so there wouldn't be any disconnect on what was said versus what was delivered. Billy listened to my concerns and needs, carefully inspected the attic and all rooms before bidding. He sent me pictures of previous jobs and answered questions on a weekend for me! The city inspector was impressed as well. The one hiccup we had is with all the vibrations of the project in the attic, it disconnected my doorbell. Billy came out on a Saturday to fix it for me! I would recommend him for my parents and anyone else I cared about. The six or so guys were digging all day in the heat to put in more than 20 pilings to stop my house from continuing to sink. It had already moved enough in my first 1 1/2 years living here that I had two deadbolts that would no longer work without gouging out the hole for the strike. The all Latino crew worked harder than any crew I have ever watched, and with no complaints, and nothing but a courteous and friendly attitude. The cherry on top however was the amazing cleanup after two days of digging, outside and inside my house. They patched up all the holes in my bedrooms floors very nicely, and swept up and cleared all their trash. The level of detail was not missed on me as they meticuously replaced bricks I had near faucets and walkways and did a very good job of leaving my yard exactly as it was before this massive digging project. What I am still scratching my head over is how they could repair the small, exposed aggregate on both the front and back porch so you would not even know they had jack-hammered a hole in those areas. This was art and not construction. Thanks amigos and anyone needing foundation work in the Dallas Metro area could not find a better company to do the work. Quote was received 6/8/23 and approved same day and was told that the job could be completed by 7/16/23. I paid for all materials up front. Job was completed on 3/30/24 and I paid them without question $10,000.00 for labor even though I was quoted $9,500 for labor. 9 months of never knowing when they were going to show up and work it was finally finished. I have had nothing but trouble since with gate alignment, timer malfunction and now keypad malfunction. I was told 5/2/24 (33 days after completion) that it would cost me parts and labor to come fix the gate and that there wasn't any warranty on thier workmanship.
