I have typically had good service at this location. I actually go out of my way to use this branch…read morebecause the closer branches have unnerving customer service. But! The last few times I've brought in my deposits it seems from their reactions that I'm a bother. Without customers you have no business. No matter how large or small a deposit or withdrawal, their job is to fulfill their customers banking needs. I was told they were to busy to help and I would have to come in. Once again, I informed her it was only a few questions and asked if anyone could help. She said hold on for a minute, then came back with attitude and rude tone in her voice, asked what my questions were. I politely told her never mind, you don't sound like you really want to help. Her reply was, well we are really busy. I said no, you just don't want to help and your being rude. We were going to open another type of account with Regions, but after this incident, we will be closing our account with them and will not return to Regions Bank anywhere. People shouldn't treat their customers like this, pandemic or not.
