When I finally got to…read moretalk with Maria I told her that I needed to KILL the weeds in my yard so she said she would write up a work order and told me that Kyle or Adam would call to set up the date and time. I never received that call but Adam and Kyle showed up at 7:30am on Monday August 2, 2021. My husband went out to meet them and they said they would start with the front yard. When they got to the back yard I spoke with Kyle and asked about the killing of the weeds and he replied were not spraying to kill the weed but doing a Pre-Emergent, angered I said that theya were supposed to be spraying to kill the weeds, Kyle said he was not aware of that and was spraying the Pre-Emergent. I immediately called Maria told her I was very upset that I wasn't getting weed killer spray but Pre-Emergent she said she would call Adam and seeing what was going on. I never heard back from her and when Adam ad Kyle were done praying Kyle said that they had to spray the Pre-Emergent first so no more weeds would come up and that he would be back on Wednesday August 4, 2021 to spray to kill the weeds. The Pre-Emergent spray cost was $265.00 which I never ordered but paid knowing that they would be back on August 4 to spray to kill the weeds. Kyle and Adam did come on August 4 and I made sure that they were spraying to KILL the weeds this time, Kyle assured be that they were spraying to kill the weeds. I asked about how they would get to the back of the lot, I have 3/4 of acre and Kyle again assured me that they had 300ft of hose and would crawl under bushes to make sure they got all the weeds. When they were done Kyle came to the door and told me that they had sprayed every where and that I should keep the dogs in for an hour or so to let the solution dry and that it was $125.00. I paid Kyle $125.00 knowing that I would never call Praying Mantis weed control again even though I would still need the Post Herbicide application this fall. I thought it was over, but some of the weeds in my yard weren't dying so again I tried to call Maria and left several message again that were never returned so I made a point to call her the first thing in the morning on August 19th and she answered the phone. Never apologized for not returning my calls (she was rude and very short) or the fact that my weeds weren't dying just said that she would write another work order for them to come out. On August 31 again calling and leaving several messages NO REPLY. AS OF SEPTEMBER 13 I STILL HAVE HAD NO REPLY OR ANYONE COMING BACK TO FINISH THE JOB!!! THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY I EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO DEAL WITH. DON'T USE THEM. This is the first time I ever felt the need to write a BAD REVIEW. Janette W

Back in the beginning when we first started getting services for our home they're was some confusion on our part and as I said the staff that answers the calls will certainly work and a resolve any questions. As it stands, the techs that come to service our house are completely trustworthy so much that they have a key to our house so they do their services at any time they are in the neighborhood and welcomed to spray the pest stuff.
