I needed someone to come onsite and verify there is no active infestation. I was told they won't do that; they will only send someone to do an inspection if it's to get a quote for services. I had called the local 928 number, but was routed to a call center somewhere so I asked to speak with someone in the local office. They would not transfer me to the local office. I called my real estate agent who gave me a referral to a local pest control company who is sending someone out soon. Do not use Truly Nolen. Use a local company who cares.
