They even have a play area my son could play at while I took care of my finances. Don't be fooled by these huge credit unions out there. They are no different than banks. Stick with smaller credit unions that provide quality service and support the community.

In June I made the payment early and went in and took her death notice and talked to a associate and explained I needed the pay off as to arrange a date to bring cashiers check in and pay for car. They gave me a pay off date and amount. I left there thinking all was good and woke up the next more to a man repossing the car!!! I was in shock and explained it must be a mistake and asked him to allow me to call them before he took the car. I did and this incredible nasty man gets on the phone with and says I must allow them to take the car and whoever I talked to was mistaken. I explained I was there day before and had a written pay off and the car was actually in probate so the title would be put in my name. He said I had 15 days to get a letter of authority from probate court and pay off the loan or they would sell it at public auction!! It added insult to injury after losing my mom and was still in shock. I thought I had done the right thing by keeping payments current and letting them no I wanted to pay off the loan and even arrange the date. They were ugly and nasty and made a already awful situation in my life even worse. If the payments had been behind, Then I could had understood this but being I was there in good faith the day before? I called my lawyer and he expeditied the letter of authority through probate when he found out they took the car. They sent me a certified letter and gave me the pay off and added 400 dollars for the repo charge? I go down with cashier check in hand and my letter of authority and then tried to say I owed 20.00 bucks more? I could not believe this? Then they release the lean and I drive to Huber Heights to collect my car and the repo guy told me when he took car tehre would no charge on there end for holding the car and find out they want 200 in cash only? When driving home I start to notice a strange noise? I discovered after taking my car to my repair guy that the noise was my tire and I had just months ago had all brand new tires put on the car. He said one tire had a huge dropping bald spot? When I asked what caused that, He said he had only seen this in repo situations where they drug the car off of trailer. So now, I have to replace the tire. My advice to anyone is avoid Day Air Credit Union as there not professional and there behavior was at best shady.

in my almost seven decades on this earth no question the worst experience I've had with a bank…read moreEVER. We had a legal settlement of a situation involving a deposit of just over forty thousand. you would think the bank would at least be pleased to get that. WRONG! the ironic part here is the branch manager is not the issue. its the complete lack of support in the organization above her. absolutely ridiculous. the wire transfer department, they insisted on that, transposed a digit with our transfer. they refused to take any responsibility for it and if we wanted to clear it up we had to pay TWICE. When i called to complain about the rude and abrupt treatment....you guessed it no call back no follow up. we finally got the transaction settled but that rancid treatment rattled me enough i wanted to follow it up. we were given a name by the manager and he was called and i left a message approximately six times. again, you guessed it, no call back. let me stress here, though yes, it was the annoying fees, the overlying consideration was the non existent customer service and i felt if someone called them out on this type of behavior previously perhaps it wouldn't have happened to me. we were given the name of the bank president to follow up. approximate six messages, again no call back no concern. we called the corporate offices and were told point blank they would "refer the situation to a senior customer service employee" who....might...call. me back....seriously??? c'mon. of course nothing happened. the money sat idle in an account for approximately six months while i begged someone to respond with no luck. the final straw was a meeting with the investment advisor Jason. i asked him if this was normal treatment for a 40k depositor and was told they treat everyone with respect. again, seriously??? i didnt see any. when I asked him about the tax free muny bonds i was told by Jason their bank didn't offer those. i told him that's interesting as i just cashed one from the Huntington Siebenthaler branch. he told me he would talk to his associate and "get back with me"... about a month or so went by and again, you guessed it, no call back. i had truly had enough and closed the account. i went in to personally apologize to the branch manager as i honestly felt she didn't deserve that but i had no other alternative. she understood and closed it. one phone call to another local bank. two appointments and problem solved. if you're service needs are minimal the branch is completely acceptable. if you're like me and your needs are complex, best of luck to you. i honestly believe the organization could and does care less. i made a decision to go public due to the pious attitude i ran into and as i expected the note from the previous review was , "if you have unresolved issues you can get in touch". my question was " in whose lifetime could i expect a response from anyone one step up who would actually listen or care.

Had a banking issue with the ATM at the PNC bank in Englewood. Was requesting help to resolve the issue. At first the person told me they did not know how the ATM worked because they utilize a third party. What? I have worked in the business world over 35 years and would never tell I customer that. At a minimum I expected her to say, I am sorry you are having issue and let me take your information and I will do some research and let you know what I find out. Instead she started guessing what might be wrong. One of the comments was looks like the person issuing the check did not sign it. Then she said I really cannot see well enough to determine if that was it from my deposit slip. I told her I seriously doubt that since the issuer of the check was a major 401K company. At that point I was starting to get frustrated. I told the PNC person I was dealing with I was trying to decide what bank I want to do most of my banking with and maybe I need to reconsider another bank. At that point she just kind of shrugged her shoulders like whatever. NEVER had been treated like this at a bank before. Was talking to a friend that also does banking at the same PNC bank. And she knew the individual I was talking about and told me she was very rude with her. I have close to 100K in your bank. Once CD comes due will look elsewhere to invest.
