The Gathering location was at the new Metro Crossing Apts in Owings Mills. The apartment are located above many retail stores and headquarters. They are across the street from new CCBC Owings Mills Library. Nice layout on the campus. The Food Trucks at this particular Gathering was: Icedgems Bistro Lunchbox Crusin Cafe The Sultan Four Brothers Grrche Gypsy Queen From Bistro Lunchbox, I had a their Autumn Salmon Wrap which consisted of many fruits and baby spinch. It was so yummy!! Easy to eat! Crusin cafe has down has the best crab fries ever!! I will never have crab fries unless they are from there! Icedgems ran out of a lot of my fav cupcakes :( but I did like their chocolate peanut butter cupcake and their orange chocolate cake truffles! Also tried their fall punch which was a little watered and orange crush both drinks was $6 each. If you are a heavy drinker go online a buy their bracelet for $15 unlimited drinks. The live R&B music was great..I loved how the did many of the songs on the radio now. Some tips I have are to come early! Many of the waits at the food trucks could be 45mins that is not including the wait for your food! Lol Bring your own napkins!! Bring cash most food range from $9-15. Cherry on the cake of this event was there was a Baltimore Raven Player among us! Go Ravens!!

This organization offers a wide range of programs for children of all ages. Most importantly they have programs for kids beyond treatment. For example, they offer support programs ranging from tutoring, art therapy, nutrition, oncology parent support groups. Cool Kids offer so many opportunities to engage with their members but also for members to interacted with each other. Majority of the kids in the program are immunocompromised so they must limit the number of interactions they can have so they don't fall ill. Cool Kids offers virtual event as well as in person ones. I really love this organization! The MD State Fair has been a very good fair experience for me. Each year seems to bring strategic…read moreimprovements. For example, last year the seating area for the ribs, corn, and smoked meats vendors was situated in an area so to not obstruct walkways. However, what was new in 2025 (at least to my knowledge from previous years) is only patrons of those vendors could sit in that seating area. It could have been the case in previous years and it just wasn't enforced. I don't think the MD State Fair has congregate dining areas apart from those in the vicinity of the food pavilion and a few low-capacity, all-purpose seating in random areas which is frustrating because many of the food vendors are situated along narrow walking paths where you have to compete with ride goers. What keeps me from giving the MD State Fair a 5* experience is despite some improvements, it still lacks the variety of unique and creative food items and fair-goer experiences which are common at other thriving fairs around the country. The food court here is good, but lacks creativity as it essentially serves traditional table food with few novelty items. But no iconic items. The planners do a great job of organizing the farm animal exhibit. And it is expansive. The rides are your typical carnival rides. The value at the fair is the wristband and fun pass cards for ride goers. I recommend saving your fun pass as the same pass vendor is used every year, so you don't have to pay for the activation fee. You'll just need to load money onto the card every year. Also, there are plenty vendors that offer unlimited refillable soft drinks at a discount. In my opinion, it is best to choose your preferred beverage, purchase the refill price, and stick to refilling at that particular vendor throughout the park during your visit. There are many sweet tea and lemonade stands that offer this deal. Also, the cups are reusable, so you can keep them as souvenirs and bring them back at future fairs for refills. Parking on grounds at the fair is $15 and first-come, first served. The parking lot is uneven, very hilly, and on grass (and when it rains, mud). I recommend arriving early to get a good spot close to the main entrance of the fair. At the end of a long day, it is exhausting to walk up and down hills to your car. Parking spots are not marked, so workers direct parking traffic. Again, arrive early to get a good and hassle free spot. I like that there are restrooms at the front on the inside near the main entrance and indoors at the animal exhibits. The fair grounds isn't vast, so unless you have an itinerary to visit all the exhibits, you can get through the fair in less than 2.5 hours tops. Overall, the fair is a good experience with delicious food and entertaining activities for young, old, and families.

The teachers have kept us coming back and our children are learning so much because of them. They take the time to get to know you and build relationships. My child loves to go to school and is always looking forward to be there and be with her teachers and her little friends. I like the way the school has an app that you can follow your childs progress throughout the day, and they send out alerts about everything that is going on with your child. Very accommodating for Pre-K as they assist your child in e-learning, a feat which is already hard on school age kids. Lunch is served every day and it's always something different every day. They also accommodate kids with special diets or food allergies. Again, I highly recommend Childtime for your Pre-K and daycare needs.

For me the flea market is worthy of the 1.5 hour drive it takes to get here. The vendors are always varied with a mix of antique dealers, direct sales (like Mary Kay/Tupperwear), a host of yard sale items, and extreme couponers offering up their extra bounty. Being that it's held in the winter I appreciate that this building is heated, has a small concession stand, and clean rest room facilities. It's located near a park and large hospital complex and relatively easy to find. The town of Westminister is adorable and if you are coming here for the flea do explore the main streets as they're dotted with small businesses and cafes. Molli's Cafe is my favorite and highly recommended. The street parking in the town is metered but waived on weekends. Fill up on gas before you leave as it's a good .40 cents cheaper than back home. Four stars because the ag center needs to provide seating even if just a few tables since they have a concession stand. Also the lot is usually a hot mess. If your fortunate to park on the blacktop consider yourself lucky. The grassy area is filled with holes and rivets and usually a muddy mess. One could easily pop a tire trying to maneuver their way in or out.
