He called, apologized for the mistake and we were able to figure out how to fix the situation! Thank you for having such a customer first attitude and striving to be the best at what you do.

I tried and was not successful. initial communication to receive a quote was pointless and frustrating . They got back immediately, apparently from an responder, to let me know they would be calling me. When they didn't, I called them, got a recording and after four days i'm still waiting. then this morning I get an email asking if I am still interested and, if so, phone, text, or email them-- not mentioning the text, email, and phone call I had already made. So I responded to this new email to say yes, and ask them to call me. It came back with a response. they were on vacation and would not be back until June 23. Well, how-de-do. today is July 11! So WTF? Clearly, no one is watching the store. Communication is dreadful. save yourself the frustration. Call elsewhere.

Bit by bit, they have cleaned the construction grit off of our floors, keep the glass walls clean and clear and getting rid of excess trash from our office. I am pleased with their service.
