If you read my other reviews, I'm not a Karen. We hired Teasdale-Fenton to pressure wash our front porch and back deck. They said it would take a half a day and cost 600$. That seemed fair. The guy arrived and finished in 1.5 hours. He never warned us to cover any plants or grass around the cleaning areas. He used some kind of solution that smelled like bleach. It killed my tiger lilies, 6/10 lenten rose plants, badly damaged the top half of a small redbud tree, spirea plants and a japanese maple around the porch, and killed a bunch of grass on the border of the deck. All of the windows on deck level and under the deck and on the porch were covered with a splattered goopy substance that was difficult to remove and took a lot of work cleaning it. All this damage only took 1.5 hours instead of half a day and still cost 600 bucks. I called to tell Troy the manager 2 times but he never returned my calls. I would NEVER use them or recommend them. I paid them what I thought was a lot of mony the price was more than the estimate because he did a throw-rug but the main thing is he did not clean my carpet it only took him 25 minutes to clean upstairs and down stairs that is just moving to fast to get anything clean maybe I just got a bad guy I advise you to save your money and get a different carpet cleaner read more

I used them in May 2026 and had 5 rooms and a hallway cleaned. The technician was nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. The carpet was not clean after it took several days to dry. I could still see the dirt on the heavy traffic areas. When I called back to inform them, I was told that I missed the 10-day window and would have to pay an additional $96 to have them reclean the carpets. I was also charged for them to use my water to clean the carpet when I was told that this was furnished by them and factored into the cost. I would not use them again. read more

You pay for what you get, showed up an hour after the scheduled time (they multibook), cleaned 5 rooms in less than 15 minutes, so you know what you get, they don't move a single piece of Furniture and obviously don't get close to the walls, they don't vacuum up after and they don't wear protective booties like professional cleaners... they are the "Walmart" of cleaners. read more

We had a house fire July 7th, 2025. Our State Farm agent suggested on July 8th to work with a restoration company Teasdale Fenton (based in Cincinnati), they also have a local branch in Columbus. The fire was located in the kitchen so there was smoke damage and fire damage to cabinets above the cooktop, where the fire originated. The house had the original cabinets installed in 1999. The cabinets were Aristokraft cabinets and custom sized and materials to align to the scheme of the house (oak hardwood cabinets). Initially Teasdale Fenton was working toward replacement since repair was nearly impossible since the cabinets and the styles were no longer produced or available. Teasdale Fenton then consulted with a 3rd party vendor Seam Clarke Clarke Company - Restoration & Repair Specialists | HOME Sean removed the damaged cabinets with the intention of recreating the damaged materials to similar grade, color and style. After several months of delay and very little communication in November Sean Clarke, Shawn Hull (Teasdale Fenton) scheduled to install the finished product. When they arrived it was clear the cabinets were not similar match to the remaining cabinets in the kitchen. They wanted to mount the cabinets and attempt to correct the discrepancies on sizing, shading etc.. Color and sizes were clearly not similar. The takeaway was they were going to go back and see about ordering different boxes with similar material and coloring since we all agreed the installed product didn't match. Shawn Hull / Emily Overton (Project Manager for Teasdale Fenton) in writing state these cabinets were unacceptable. After further investigation the cabinet boxes they installed were prebuilt boxes from IKEA. The took the doors, restored them and placed them on the IKEA boxes to install in our house. We said this was completely unacceptable and would pay invoices for everything with exception of the products/services related to the cabinets. After the new year we received an email from Emily with pictures of the replacement cabinets they ordered in their second attempt to repair/replace damaged cabinets. Emily states in the email again not a match. Teasdale Fenton continues to attempt to collect on work delivered that their own team (in writing) states is unacceptable and not similar. We assume there was another attempt to be made instead we received notification - Teasdale Fenton proceeded to file on March 27, 2026 for $12,177.04) stating they were attempting to collect. I didn't believe payment was due as the team at Teasdale Fenton was still working on resolving the problem. I have attempted several times to contact State Farm, the representative said this is clearly a contractor problem so we needed to address directly with Teasdale Fenton. Teasdale Fenton believes State Farm should provide additional funding if the two attempts were unacceptable. I do not believe you pay for products / services rendered that are unacceptable. I have also attempted to contact several management contacts with no phone calls returned just email correspondence. As you can see from the emails they do not wish to discuss resolving the issue they would prefer we pay for what they provided, despite it not being suitable or matching. read more

I have never seen carpet and upholstery left so wet that it still isn't close to dry after 8 hours. The worst problem is the numerous ripples left in the carpet from being left so wet, so now it will need to be restretched. read more

Had someone scheduled to come clean carpets and couch. Was going to use coupon, but right away service tech said price would be higher than coupon and telephone lady said. Then issue where he suggested couch needed dry cleaning, not steam cleaning then went outside to call supervisor and concluded they couldn't do either. Whole scenario was very sketchy and disappointing. My wife told him to forget it and please leave. Would not do business at any level with this company as it is classic bait and switch.. read more

I needed extensive carpet stretching between a connected living room and dining room and carpet cleaning. Paul and Michael were great. Paul had to cut and rejoin the carpet and you can't even tell wh he did that. The carpets were all thoroughly cleaned and everything looks great. When the man arrived he said that the wheel on his machine was broken and he couldn't clean our carpets. I was told before I scheduled this appointment that the cost of cleaning the carpets in 4 rooms, cleaning a large area rug, and the cost of being on the fifth floor was $199. The cost of 2 small area rugs would be additional but they had a 2 for 1 special. An elderly man arrived on time. He said that he couldn't clean the carpets because of the broken wheel. He then told us that the price for just the 4 rooms was $199, the area rug would be $180, the 2 small rugs $28 and a new fuel charge and additional 5th floor charge. Now the price was $455, but he had a broken machine. I called the company and the woman quoted all new prices. When I told her that that was not what I was quoted, she hung up on me. So now, we wasted a Saturday, have to put all of the furniture back and still have dirty carpets. Never again! read more

I recently bought a new house and the previous owners had two dogs and five kids with a house full of carpet. I contacted Teasdale about coming to clean every room with carpet in my house. Roy and BJ contacted me the day of service, 30 minutes out to tell me they were on their way. Roy and BJ showed up on time and were very professional and polite. After we discussed the scope of work and I signed the quote, Roy and BJ got straight to work. They cleaned all the carpet in my house in under 2 hours. They did a great job!! After the cleaning they informed me of some problem areas where there had been some pet accidents and kid painting accidents. They were able to address these areas very well. Jeremy did a really good job cleaning the carpeting in 9 rooms. He seemed to take pride in his work. He got rid of most of the stains and made a valiant effort on a handful of others. The carpeting is older and has seen more than its fair share of stains. I would have went with 5 stars, but when he left there was a big oil stain in the driveway where his van was parked. read more
