It wasn't until my husband called me when the guy arrived and told me it was going to be an additional $300, did I think I got scammed. Apparently they don't do quotes over the phone. I got two different stories. Bless my husband, but he would have gotten taken advantage of if it wasn't for my sparkling personality and killer negotiation skills. I told him to pay the guy ONLY what we had agreed on and just do the downstairs, and we would find another company. An hour later, my husband calls to tell me that there is a carpet cleaning truck parked across the street! What are the chances??? Jesus parted the clouds and put this van in plain view so we didn't get screwed. So, he called the number, and they said they would send someone out that same afternoon to finish the job for a very reasonable price. Not only is Jason a really cool guy, he is honest, hardworking, did a great job, and didn't tell me one thing and do another. I love no nonsense people!
