Updating again to reflect that although my house was not cleaned to my expectations Diana was ALWAYS amazing to work with. She did attempt to send a team out to fix the work but at that point we had already moved in and it was easier for me to clean it myself. Diana ended up giving me a full refund. I do still stand by the fact that I was shocked at how poorly my house was cleaned. I feel like special detail should be given to kitchen and bathrooms especially on a cleaning where you are moving into a new space. But all of that being said there was NEVER ever ever a moment that Diana was unprofessional or unkind she was very understanding and attentive throughout the whole process. I would recommend Iris cleaning but I would be sure to inspect the work in great detail before the team leaves the premises so you don't happen upon any surprises later. read more

My review is not only because of an excellent feedback i want to report about their cleaning service for my home in Santa Clarita but also of a small claims litigation i won recently (5/31/22) regarding my security deposit. I moved out of our rental property in November 2021 to move to our new home . I called Diana who is always so gracious to accommodate me for move in / move out cleaning in the month of November. I scheduled 2x that month prior to the initial inspection and then after the final move out. My property manager did not return my security deposit of almost $3k due to the fact that he claimed that the townhouse was left so filthy. I told him that I had proof that i had the place cleaned and carpet washed and spackled the walls. Still, the property management after 37 days only returned $1200 of my security deposit. I sued them due to bad faith retention (cannot hold deposit after 21 days but California statute ) and when we went to trial - i brought my photos of the cleaned townhouse. I contacted Diana to print me an invoice of the last 2 cleaning service they did. The pictures showed the entire place cleaned - and immaculate - even the drawers and refrigerator, sink, oven and counter tops and showers. I brought 50 pictures and the judge ruled in favor of me. I say this to say - that Iris through Diana helped me with timely proof of their service and the pictures painted my entire case. The judge was floored and was a quick win!! SO thank you Iris cleaning service. You got me sold since day 1. Will contact them again pretty soon!! on a regular basis. read more

Elisa and Mireya did a overall, fantastic job for my 850 sq ft 2Bed/2Bath apartment. They quoted me $207 (before tip) for 3hrs of work for both bathrooms, kitchen, living room, half dozen windows, and mopping and vaccuming of the entire house. Though they arrived an hr later than what the appointment was set at (to arrive between 1-2pm), part of that is a note to customers as well as Iris Cleaning to ask about is to specify exactly where your home is if its difficult to find such as in an apartment complex. Another specific notes for future customers is that it helps to clear out the areas you'd especially liked clean. We had cleared out a few kitchen cabinets and bathroom storage areas to make cleaning quicker and easier which will reduce time on organizing/reshelving items. We also had a written list of cleaning priorities that Elisa and Mireya were receptive to reviewing with us in helping to communicate our service preferences and to focus their efforts and needed supplies for. Elisa and Mireya were especially excellent in getting rid of stubborn limescale and red colored stains in our tubs as well as kitchen grease stains around the stove. Note that Iris cleaning services does not include lifting/moving excessively appliances and furniture, but the team is receptive to cleaning the areas covered by large items if you provide the moving and lifting yourself which we happily obliged in moving. They otherwise will do their utmost best to clean in and around the large items such as the couch and stove. Only critiques that I have are that the surface underneath the liftable top surface of my stove and the grooves of the rubber gasket around the doors to my fridge was missed during the cleaning. Otherwise, the service provided by Elisa and Mireya were professional, quick and accurate as quoted after the initial assessment, reasonably on time given back to back large jobs, and very affordable compared to other competitors. I will definitely be using this service in the future! read more
