I…read moredownloaded the app because I need to deposit two important checks and the app gives me an error saying access denied, and that I do not have permission to use the mobile check deposit. I didn't realize that a 50 year old, primary account holder needed "permission " to deposit money into HER bank account using what is a standard service in all bank apps. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever encountered. Not to mention it is really interfering with my finances. I am also informed that it will be up to 72 hours before someone contacts me. 3 days of not being able to access these funds. Unacceptable. My fiance uses a small local banking branch and they have a mobile deposit app that works so smoothly and he has never had these types of issues. I am ashamed that my Credit Union looks like a bunch of amateurs who cant find developers who can make a functioning app.

When they physically went to the Painted Post branch of ServU they met with a bank representative. The ServU representative told my parents that the correspondence from their bank was wrong and that their new system has a "glitch." The bank representative at ServU seemed unconcerned, was very dismissive, and rude. A shortage of thousands of dollars in their bank balance is not a "glitch" and should be taken seriously by the bank. ServU's customer service is horrible. I am advising my parents to get their money out of ServU immediately. How many more ServU customers are victims of their glitch.
