I…read moredownloaded the app because I need to deposit two important checks and the app gives me an error saying access denied, and that I do not have permission to use the mobile check deposit. I didn't realize that a 50 year old, primary account holder needed "permission " to deposit money into HER bank account using what is a standard service in all bank apps. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever encountered. Not to mention it is really interfering with my finances. I am also informed that it will be up to 72 hours before someone contacts me. 3 days of not being able to access these funds. Unacceptable. My fiance uses a small local banking branch and they have a mobile deposit app that works so smoothly and he has never had these types of issues. I am ashamed that my Credit Union looks like a bunch of amateurs who cant find developers who can make a functioning app.

Even though they know who the checks are from and what they are for they don't take them. And then they say I'm in default. Shit bank.

I've always been a good customer and I would appreciate a call back!! That is the message posted on their Facebook page and it was deleted within 20 minutes and nobody contacted me was never or money refunded to my bank account. I have called several times and even went to the tanning salon to get this issue resolved.. I guess it's easy to hide behind a phone or computer when it isnt your money! I've never been one to bad mouth a company but this is ridiculous!
