I told the nurse something was wrong and later found out she had a torn lung a stroke but came to the hospital due to stomach pain and they apparently did not do an MRI because it was scar tissue. I tried to find an attorney to file a law suit. I have pictures that are horrific. By the time I tried to file suit she passed away and the statue was running.

Within the administration staff the social worker and schedulers do fulfill their positions. So "kudos" to them. Leadership and clear communication starts with the director of any facility. However, in this facility this is not the case, there is a lack of communication between nursing and administration when it comes to rules and regulations within the facility. It is totally unacceptable for family members to have rules and regulations changed from shift to shift. So if Arden Place is your choice for your loved one, please make sure you have "in writing" the rules and regulations of the facility to avoid any more stress to a very difficult situation.
