The location along a major artery in Bethlehem is convenient and easy to access. The property is very well-maintained, is accessible for those with a disability, and the lobby is ample-sized to handle up to 4 customers at the same time (there are usually 3 tellers on duty). This is a protection for you the customer, so no one can get hold of your card and code and clean you out. If you need a large amount of cash from your account, you've only to call ahead and tell them you need this and they will make arrangements for you. I've been banking with these people for at least forty years and never had a problem and that includes mortgages and car loans. These people will treat you like crap especially if you are in a joint account with someone just make sure you are the first one on the contract they make you sign or be main account holder . Me and my girlfriend had a joint account we both contributed to, we shared the money equally . I was in charged of the online banking and budgeting because I was better at taking care of that stuff and other personal medical reasons. So we get into an argument on a firday as I was trying to dispute fraudulent charges. Long story short is that she was able to make it to get a new bank card I did not have to go because I just finished getting and activating my new that Friday which I didn't even get to use due the account being locked again ñdue to fraud. This time though I was getting fraud alert because someone was changing stuff on my online banking that I was locked out of and my girl friend did not have access to. its hard for her to do any kind of things like change passwords and stuff. I was getting notifications all weekend and throughout the beginning of the week about someone signing on to my online banking. Turn my phone off that my girlfriend ended up going to get a new bank card. That Saturday and try to get me off The account because she's mad. That Monday She told me what she was doing I asked to why she would do something like that, because. I needed to get my Diabetic medication That' Friday and I was able to. They told me they can take me of the account because I wasn't a member I was just a number 2 on her account. Almost 8 months ago, I sent a…read moreformal letter to their headquarters in Bedminster, NJ requesting that statements get sent to my new address (out of state). When I never received statements at the new address, I called and was told that not everyone gets statements and that I was probably enrolled in online statements. I was NOT. Turns out, statements were being sent to my old address, and therefore I never received them - nor did I receive the notice that the bank would start charging $10 a month to my checking account as a service fee (which is already an absurd few - $120 annually just to have a checking account?). When I returned to NJ, I went to a branch and asked them to reverse the fees that I had accumulated. They apologized to me for never updating my address or properly noticing me of the change in fees, but said that it's not their policy to reverse fees. I closed my account immediately and will never, ever use them again. In fact, I am advising family, friends, and the general public to stay away from this absolute scam of a bank. They are more concerned with profit than honesty, integrity, or customer service. They essentially robbed me, and now I sincerely doubt that them "forgetting to update my address" was accidental.
