The second appointment last 5 minutes because once again they failed to inform me that they required more documentation. In between I have called, left voicemails, and sent emails with no response. I dealt with both Martha Z and the branch manager. All they could say was "I'm sorry" as if that was to fix the month I have lost trying to get these accounts going so I could get my businesses up and running. The check was dated 6/19, the borough did not process the check until 6/25, thus accruing a late fee. This is not the first time this has happened. Either PNC needs to allow processing less than six days or the borough needs to be more timely on their end to process payments.
