My only problem is : How can a sport facility that promotes gymnastics , exercise and health body can offer that kind of snacks for the kids?? That for me is absurd!!! I can only imagine is to make money but for me makes no sense at all. I see many kids eating MM''s, Pringle's, blue sugary beverage , coke and candy before and after school. I think even as an exemple and influence to the kids this shouldn't be allowed in a place like this. And how about instead lollipop before any holiday give something non sugary or junk food Related!? Perhaps is just my opinion but it's ridiculous to me. (They moved to 1080 Maxwell rd)

The gym is family owned which for us is perfect because it means the owners are approachable, accessible and always present. They clearly care about the sport and are focused on making the kids stronger athletes, but also care more holistically about character development, overcoming feelings of nervousness to attempt a new skill and more general team development and comradery. Coach Jay in particular has been an amazing influence on my children, and it says something to me as a parent when they both talk independently about how they can rely on him, not only to understand what their goals are in gymnastics, but how he is the first person they would trust outside the family with other important topics. I know being around him and learning from him on all fronts will be a core memory for them both. One more note on CS and gymnastics in general - I think there is a lot of pressure in seasons of a child's life to fit in at school, and at some point every kid feels like they come in short. It's been amazing for our children to have this sport and this v. inclusive/accepting facility to serve as a second and alternative place to build healthy relationships with other kids outside of their normal social/academic setting. I can see they are both more confident and more at peace with themselves physically and emotionally for it.

They love and trust their coaches and have made many friends from the gym. Coaches are very safety conscious and love what they do! I have a 5 year old that just joined the Minis cheerleading team, but has been doing tumbling classes for several months. We had my 3 year old try the ninja class. Admin wasn't there during our trial and we were told to…read morecome back next week to kick off his regular enrollment. When we returned, the instructors allowed him on the floor. The lady at the front desk was quick to pull him out and let us know there was no room left. We had to pay the $23 fee even due to their mixup and poor customer service..you'd think they would apologize and say don't worry about it. The lady at the front (manager apparently) was not hospitable nor tried to genuinely resolve the issue. It took us 25 minutes to drive there each way. We would've appreciated no charge for that original trial to show us that we are valued as a customer who was willing to return. I recommend looking into other preschool classes that offer something similar.
