I'm not sure it is worth the cost but a decent introduction to cheer. She was consistently placed at the end of pyramids to lift other girls which I wish she had the chance to be rotated. My few interactions with Lisa Chambers, half year program director, have not been customer friendly. She was adamant about a 7 year old girl not wearing leggings during the winter season for practice (when it was 40 degrees outside or lower). With back and forth emails to document the conversation. My husband had to call personally to ensure the message got across! Additionally, my last interaction asking a simple question was quickly brushed off without answering the actual question. We won't be returning next fall.

Coach Lisa has always been very organized and prompt in her responses to my questions throughout the season. It takes a very patient person to lead teams of 20-30 girls! The half year program overall has been a great introduction to cheer. Every time my daughter is presented with an opportunity to go to a different gym, she continues to want to come back to Charlotte Allstars because the coaches treat her like family and she has a sense of belonging. This camp is very racist and it is not hidden whatsoever This camp also has a big problem with having people work with them and not having them on Payroll. There are former employees that have worked for this camp and still have not gotten paid. this camp also has a big sanitation issue. It is very very nasty and unsanitary. They provide beds that previously have blood stains and dirt on them. The bathrooms are very very dirty and the public shower bathrooms as you can see in the pictures are very unsanitary.

The trip itself was quite a distance, which made it even more meaningful that everything was so well organized and thoughtfully planned. It was a wonderful way to connect with the staff and some of the families. One of the most meaningful parts of the experience was seeing the parent involvement in action. While it was the parents leading and supporting the group, Ms. Skyler's natural connection with the children, her energy, and her presence stood out. It was truly special to witness the level of trust and bond between the staff, and children. There is even a mini farm and a few gardens at the school. What makes Fort Mill Cooperative Preschool unique is how they encourage and create space for that involvement. Through field trips, events, and holiday celebrations, they build a strong, connected environment for both children and families. We especially love Ms. Emmy and Ms. Skyler. The owner, director and the Fort Mill Co-op family-staff have truly changed school for my son. If they had any other teachers I would have pulled them out way before I did. This is not a place that I would tell another parent to bring their kids. My daughter was picked on and picked on by one child in particular. I complained, nothing. I complained, they moved classes. That day my daughter told me he was still picking on her, they were allowed to play on the playground together? C'mon, really? I would think of another child is hitting and spitting on my daughter they would take it more seriously. I questioned them about this boy, the response was his mom was going through a hard time and she wasnt surprised he was being bad. She tried to justify it to my face. Honest review from a parent who has had 2 kids here. One child for 3 years and the other child for…read more3 months. Stayed because there were no other daycares around with vacancies in the area. Pros: - The classrooms here are bigger than other daycares in the area - Flexible drop off and pick up times - Offers breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the kids included in tuition - Some of the staff like the assistant director and teachers are great Cons: - Staff shortages especially in the infant room. There are times when the ratio goes beyond the state mandated 1 to 5 - Tuition increases, multiple times in a year - Teachers are supposed to send 2 pictures per day per student. On average we would get 2-3 pictures per week. - Incident reports (reports to parents when child gets hurt) were no longer sent home to us. Our child came home with a quarter sized raw scape on her knee without any report. - Outdated security measures and check in - Director is not properly trained and does not do her job well. She did not treat parents fairly and would not respond to emails sent multiple times For the price you pay $1400 a month, you will find newer facilities that just opened in the area with updated security measures, cameras, much better student to teacher ratios, and quality management.

Basically my son attended the Gateway on Mallard when he was 1 and I gave that location 1 star and left a detailed review. I was shocked! During the 7 months my son was enrolled in the Mallard location he had 7 different teachers! That location was awful. The only reason he was there that long was because I had to wait for a spot to open at kids r kids. But I was still willing to give this chain a chance based on all the 5 star reviews the Whitehall location recieved on google. However, since this chain penalizes parents and children for leaving honest reviews on bad experiences, I have to question whether all the positive feedback on this location are authentic. I am thankful they exposed their true colors before my son could be enrolled. Thank goodness for freedom of speech!
