A beautiful, modern bank in the heart of Brodheadsville, ESSA assists customers with a variety of financial needs. Our banker, Geena, worked extremely hard and helped us with our many request. Not only was she helpful to us, she also greeted customers as they entered the bank as other bank employees were preoccupied or did not take notice to other patrons. While my father and I both had to make a multiple changes to our accounts, Geena worked quickly and was pleasant throughout the entire transaction. I looked at them both and asked them why they didn't tell me that to begin with .. especially when you asked me what I needed .. they literally just let me sit there for 30 minutes lmao.. Needless to say I won't be placing my business account in their hands.. I don't know what the problem was because I talked to the guy in front of me and he didn't have an appointment either .. so if you can avoid banking at this branch I would!!
