I have been to many Fifth Third Banks through out the Chicago land areas…read moreincluding other suburban areas and this is the only location that doesn't take deposits to their ATM! It did once upon a time, but now over a year now it doesn't. It is so frustrating, now you have to go inside the bank where there's only One bank teller serving both the drive through and the lobby and one personal banker. This time however, they did have three tellers on 12-28-18, with the one personal banker, and it moved much quicker than normally of course. However, I said to the teller, "This is the only bank out of many locations I have been to that doesn't take deposits, why is that?" The teller, name Samara, let roll out of her mouth very quickly, "The ATM is having issues right now and someone is coming to work on it today, they should be here soon." Yeah right, I said, but it has been like this For Ever! I know, she said, but they are coming to fix it today. When I got back inside my car, the time was 4:30 in the afternoon, and I thought to myself, I rather for her to just apologize for the inconvenience, than for her to stare me in my face and let that bold face lie come out of her mouth! Again, this is what the Black community faces with almost every business that their customers turn from one race to the Black race--we get treated like SHIT!

While I was sitting right there, like my business was not as important, and they couldn't let the 3 people standing around doing nothing answers the calls. It took days for them to figure out the problem - and never really admitted they made a mistake - -it somehow was my fault they gave me the wrong account number...service never got better.
